Courthouse gets updated technology (KTVO-TV Kirksville)(OTTUMWA) The Wapello County Courthouse is getting a technology update. In a few short weeks, employees will be using a new computer system. All of the desktop computers will stay the same. The new unit is the system that connects all of the computers in county offices.
