The New Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell:
The Hydro Assist Fuel Cell will be an integral part of the total Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter package. Recent research has determined that prior conditioning of the fuel, before being introduced into the reaction chamber of our PICC, will further enhance the process of completely breaking down the fuel into plasma resulting in even greater fuel economy increases. An updated video on the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell has been recorded and is now being edited to reflect the recent changes.
Those who purchase a Hydro Assist Fuel Cell can experience significantly increased fuel economy NOW and simply add the PICC to your existing HAFC system for a full credit of it’s purchase price less shipping ($995.95) off the total price of your Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter package. There is absolutely no reason not to start saving money and energy now while we are developing the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter for your make and model vehicle!
The HAFC is available now for ALL pre-1996 vehicles AND all newer vehicles that utilize O2 sensors (approximately 85% of all vehicles on the road today). If your intended application is '96 or newer there are two ways to determine if our current computerized optimizer will work for you. Inside your engine compartment there is an emissions sticker, if AFR, AFS or Air to Fuel is present anywhere your vehicle has AFR (air to fuel) sensors. You may also contact your local auto dealer's parts department and ask specifically if your vehicle is equipped with O2 or AFR sensors.
If you have an AFR system the 4th generation optimizer, designed to handle the AFR sensors and also the Map Gas systems on some of today's luxury cars & SUVs, will replace the current 3X optimizer in October '07. You may still order your HAFC and get inline now by checking the box "My application is either AFR or Map Gas - please hold until the 4X is available" and your payment will not be processed until the updated kit is available.
The emission system optimizer (whether 3X or 4X) will come pre-programmed for average conditions and unless your installer has received training it is highly recommended these settings not be changed. Included in your kit will be access information for our support team's Email & web site where you will be able to locate the closest Trained Mechanic to you for a complete install or tuning of your HAFC system. So unless you have an AFR system, or simply enjoy donating to the oil companies, there is no reason not to increase the mileage on your current vehicle(s) now and put up to a good 1/2 of that expenditure back in your wallet to support your own families.

The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:
As reported above the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell will be included in the total Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter package. The release of our PICC technology to the public is expected to be in the first quarter of 2008 with an expected cost of the total system estimated between $3,500 to $4,500. The company is projecting fuel mileage in excess of 100 mpg even on today's heavy SUVs with the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter technology properly installed and tuned. The PICC will be approved by the EPA as an authorized catalytic converter replacement prior to public release. Our customers already experiencing significantly increased fuel economy now with their Hydro Assist Fuel Cell will receive a full credit of its cost toward their PICC upgrade.

Certified Trainers for HAFC & PICC Technologies:
Dutchman Inc. began their training program to certify Master Mechanics to train installers in their local area on June 25th 2007. To achieve the best performance on the HAFC technology now and the ability to add the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter to the system once released, proper training is required. If you are such a mechanic or know of such an individual in your area this is an incredible opportunity for both the trainer and whoever referred them (see the information on the affiliate program below). You have the ability now to get in on the ground floor of two technologies that will literally revolutionize the automobile industry!
The training program has now been expanded to 4 days with the last day being optional. The 4th day of the course deals mostly with preparing the graduates to return home and operate their own business training their fellow mechanics.

If you, your friends or relatives are not yet registered for the program, now is the time! The initial 1.6 million witnesses (that actually attend the demonstrations) will not pay anything for their electricity as long as they live. For example you recruit just one top mechanic in your area to our certified trainers program, and of course you make the $74.70 on every kit he sells, but if the CT trains an average of just 4 mechanics per week and they only average 4 sales themselves a week at an additional $7.47 each to you... do your own math from there, it can get pretty crazy very quickly. Then consider the fact most of the above customers will upgrade into the PICC when available and times everything by 3! And that does not even take into account the FE possibilities mentioned below...
As an affiliate everyone of your customers that buys a UCSA / BWT product or service is automatically registered as a Free Electricity witness (while still available) and will earn you $1,500.00 per year once their equipment is installed or ITEC begins to pay their electric bill.
