The New Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell:
The first batch of 3X Optimizers have been received and are now included in all HAFC Kit shipments. The 3X is compatible with all O2 sensor equipped vehicles and earlier (carburetor equipped for example). To determine if you have an O2 sensor application contact your local dealer or auto parts house, if a replacement sensor is in the $50 or below range it is most likely an O2, if close to or over $100 it is not an O2 sensor system.
The HAFC Kits are now for sale through JeffOtto.com LTD via check, money order or wire transfer; due to current demand delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at this time (best estimate is 3 weeks as of today). Financing is in process now (or already secured) to insure sufficient inventory for a prompt delivery time of all orders regardless of demand. The manufactures are also in the process of setting up a computerized ordering system that will allow the Dealers to place orders on-line and generate tracking information via Email for their customers as the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kits are shipped. Once supply can satisfy demand immediate purchase by credit card will be available.
The 3X will come pre-programmed for average conditions and unless your installer has received training it is highly recommended these settings not be changed. Included in your kit will be access information for our support team's Email & web site where you will be able to locate the closest Trained Mechanic to you.
If you drive a newer more sophisticated vehicle with either an AFR (air to fuel ratio) sensor or Map Gas system the 4X optimizer is now in testing and scheduled to replace the 3X in early to mid September. You may still order your HAFC Kit now and check the option on the order form "My Application is either AFR or Map Gas - Please hold until the 4X is available"
The official company guarantee of 50% mileage increase has been revised to require a Certified Mechanic to either A) Install your HAFC System or B) Tune your HAFC system. JeffOtto.com LTD will continue to honor the original wording with the added requirement that your Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kit must be installed by a licensed mechanic. You may always visit a Certified Mechanic to check & fine-tune your application for maximum performance and economy after initial installation.
We believe the company changed the official guarantee to promote the Certified Trainers program simply because it is critical to not only the optimal performance of the HAFC now but also the fact only Certified Mechanics will be allowed to install the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter. With a successful trainer program in place we will have literally thousands of qualified mechanics scattered all over North America by the time the PICC is released late this year or early '08. The new wording follows:
If installed by a licensed mechanic and you fail to realize at least a 50% increase in your mileage you may return your Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kit in resalable condition for a full refund less shipping ($995.95) within 30 days of delivery (Return Authorization Number Required).

The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:
Research is still progressing but at a snail's pace due to all the problems, time & expense involved in solving those problems, in bringing the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell to market. Our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter will also have its own “stand alone” computer that is used to control our injection process. The PICC will be approved by the EPA as an authorized Catalytic Converter replacement prior to putting it on the market.

Certified Trainers for HAFC & PICC Technologies:
Dutchman Inc. began their training program to certify Master Mechanics to train installers in their local area on June 25th 2007. To achieve the best performance on the HAFC technology now and the ability to install the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter once released, proper training is required. If you are such a mechanic or know of such an individual in your area this is an incredible opportunity for both the trainer and whoever referred them (see the information on the affiliate program below). You have the ability now to get in on the ground floor of two technologies that will literally revolutionize the automobile industry!
Our challenge to you: Ask any top mechanics in your area three questions; 1) Do they know how to achieve up to double the current mileage in their customer's vehicles, 2) Are they currently making $1,000 or more a day? And than question #3 how would you like to respond to the first two questions with a resounding YES? Certified Trainer schools (50+ Trainers have been certified to date) are now up and getting started in certifying local mechanics in their area. The first class project for one of our Trainers in the Houston area took on a '98 Airstream RV, confident individual. The RV tested out at 6.8 mpg before modification, after modification tested out at just over 20 mpg! Now you tell me that 20-mpg on a Chevy 454 cubic inch engine powered RV will not get mechanics excited!

The JeffOtto.com LTD affiliate program (administered for UCS of A dealer His Covenant Ministries) is set up as a 3-tiered program in which you can make even more money on other folks you recruit as Sales Reps with a 50% override on people directly under you and 5% on any people they may recruit.
Affiliate commissions will be 15% of retail for all UCSA / BWT products on site now or added in the future, and 5% on all other products (Takara, LifeTime, WaterOz, etc) in the shopping cart. Each witness that attends the public demonstrations on July 10th of 2008 will have the opportunity to add 9 more friends or relatives to the program.
