The trip to the states to pick up my truck and trailer turned into a disaster on my way back through Latin America! Anyway what I can report on the MPG-CAPS™, in a period of approximately 1200 miles that I was able to test them, pulling a fully loaded 16' trailer, was an increase from an average of 10.5 mpg up to a 12.5 mpg average! My product had not yet arrived in Arizona before heading to Utah to get the trailer, but were waiting upon my return to Phoenix. I recorded an average of 10.5 back to Phoenix and with the MPG-CAPS™ averaged 12.5 all the way down to Mc Allen, Texas (with even more weight in the trailer) where the engine problems started.
No it had nothing to do with the MPG-CAPS™, come to find out that '99 was the first year for the 6.0 liter Vortec. GM had problems with the fuel pressure regulator and failed to inform their customers! To make a long story short the engine went hydraulic toward the end of the first day into Mexico. The fuel pressure regulator went out, in Mexico on Easter Sunday and bingo, blown engine. Never heard of this before but when they hydraulic the cylinders fill with gas, gas does not compress so something has to give. Every since the new engine was installed the computer keeps throwing out a "random misfire detected" code, so until I get the truck running correctly again any further test results would be inaccurate.

You have probably seen the news reports that the States Attorney General offices are in the process of attacking all of the "Gas Mileage Increase" products out there. As I understand it, don't remember the company name now, but one product was nothing more than mothballs, they are now out of business.
A note for those that would like to participate in the marketing of the MPG-CAPS™, when signing up choose the $350.00 option and get all the fast start bonuses. I made the mistake of not going that route and lost $4,000 in commissions just last month. There is a money back guarantee on the product, but from what I have witnessed and heard first hand from others, you will not be in need of that. Modification kits for gasoline powered engines soon to be released
The permanent solution for your gasoline expenses...Better World Technologies (BWT) is in the process of finalizing patent protection on a modification kit that will allow you to burn a water and gasoline mixture in your existing engine. By the end of this month the UCS of A Co-Op, along with independent UCS of A dealers, will begin a TV ad campaign across the country in test market locations. A copy of the commercial is now on Better World Technology and information will follow as released to the UCSA dealers. The new modification kits will only be available for gasoline engines at this time, the technology to modify diesel engines in the future will be pursued.
You may recall the TEEG engine modification we tried to release in the past, it was complicated and even the best mechanics had to be trained and certified to install the systems. The TEEG worked beautifully until the powers that be did their seasonal fuel mixture change requiring the TEEG system to be re-calibrated, making the technology impractical. The fuel mixture change problem has now been resolved, once the new modification kits are installed, just kick back and enjoy the savings year after year.
The kits are designed in such a way any mechanic will be able to install them in 2 hours or less, written and video instructions will be included but more than likely be unnecessary. The exact cost for the modification kit has not yet been set but is expected to range from $2,000 to $3,000 complete. No not cheap, but considering you can get 2,000 miles out of a single tank of gas, for the life of your vehicle, the cost could easily be recovered in the first year.
For immediate relief I suggest FFI's MPG-CAPS™ referred to above, anyone serious about sharing that technology with others could easily pay for their modification kits, through commissions earned from FFI, by the time the BWT kits are ready to ship.
There is a new 40 minute DVD that outlines both the "Free Electricity" program and the "Gas Modification" program now being mass produced and readied for shipment. Free Electricity:
Our "Free Electricity" technology is going to be released one way or the other!
Every program the UCSA dealers have tried to implement over the last 10 years to garner support for Free Electricity has been vilified, attacked, and / or outright sabotaged. Obviously the powers that be want America's energy dollars flowing into the same pockets they have been for generations. The companies issued a Public Notice in May of this year. This notice has since been delivered to all major media outlets and most politicians on both the State and Federal levels.
Basically if the UCSA dealers are allowed to complete our witness drive unmolested by May 1, 2007 than ITEC will proceed with Plan A and the football stadium demonstrations on July 10th of 2007! If that does not happen than there is a Plan B that will go into effect on May 1 of 2007. The details of Plan B have not and will not be disclosed, Plan B will be a plan of attack against BIG Business in America!
Not much more I can add to the update above on Free Electricity so I leave off on that for now. A copy of the Public Notice is on site in Adobe pdf file format, everyone reading this is encouraged to send a copy to his or her local media and elected officials at your State level.

Dennis Lee holds a 2 day long dealer training / orientation for existing and prospective UCSA dealers. The dealer training is held at BWT / UCSA headquarters in Newfoundland, New Jersey. Anyone considering a dealership position in the UCSA dealer network is encouraged to attend prior to actually purchasing a UCSA dealership. The 2 day dealer orientation sessions are generally held on the first full weekend of each month (Friday & Saturday). Next dealer orientation will be on August 11th & 12th.
