As for "tampering laws" concerning the emission systems on today's vehicles; HAFC Kit installers do NOT “disassemble or assemble any components of the emission control systems for the purpose of repair or replacement.” We do not disassemble those components; we leave them right in place as they are. The HAFC Kit does include our special O2 optimizer to enhance the process to the advantage of our customers and not the oil companies. Our specially designed optimizer actually teaches your vehicles on board computer to accept the increased fuel economy.

The computer problems with the O2 (Oxygen) sensors has been solved, every O2 sensor equipped vehicle modified at training thus far has achieved at least double mileage. The first production run of our 3X optimizers are scheduled for delivery before the end of July. Once the 3X are received shipments will begin immediately and the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell will be added to our product line at JeffOtto.com LTD for immediate purchase.
They have also discovered a new twist in that more and more of the newer vehicles are now using what is known as an AFR (Air to Fuel Sensor) and not the more common O2s. The AFRs do not present a problem, just a delay of about another month in developing yet another 4th generation Optimizer. An AFR equipped '06 Mazda 4 cylinder was recently modified (by our headman in both fuel technologies) with a manually configured 3X optimizer and went from 33 mpg all the way up to 92 mpg!

The first production run of the 4X is scheduled to be in our HAFC manufacture's hands on or before the end of August 2007. If your vehicle is a 2004 or earlier you most likely have the O2 sensor(s), 2005 and later very possibly an AFR system. Please check with your auto dealer if your particular vehicle is O2 or AFR equipped before ordering your Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kit prior to the delivery of the 4X Optimizers. An alternative to the dealer is to call your local auto parts house and inquire as to the cost of a sensor(s) replacement, if $80 or under each you have O2s, if more than $80 you are dealing with an AFR sensor.
Do not be surprised if you hear about a class action suit against all of the auto manufactures in the near future. The company has overwhelming evidence of the outright fraud on the public to make darn sure your vehicle gets absolutely no more mileage than it was designed to get enriching both the oil companies (obviously) and the auto manufactures (by way of engineered obsolescence).
The 50% mileage increase guarantee backs every HAFC sale in both the USA & Canada. However if your HAFC is installed or tuned by a trained mechanic (trained by a company certified trainer) you will experience double or better mileage. Training classes began on June 25th to certify professional mechanics to return to their local areas as teachers to train other mechanics (more on becoming a certified trainer in your area below) on installing our fuel technologies. There will soon be a system in place (information included in your HAFC Kit) to locate the closest trained mechanic to you. It is recommended you have any good mechanic install your HAFC system now and simply return for a system check and tune-up once a trained mechanic is available in your area.
Application to CARB, the California Air Resources Board, has been submitted for testing a Hydro Assist Fuel Cell equipped vehicle. The CARB standard is the most stringent emission standards in the nation and has been adopted by 6 states in addition to California. Once the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell receives CARB certification it will meet or exceed emissions standards in every state in the US.

The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:
Research is progressing nicely on the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter and the company is projecting a launch date before the end of this year 2007. The PICC will not be make and model specific which means we will not have to evaluate every model vehicle out there on the dynamometers. There will most likely be 6 models or sizes required and diesel applications will not be a problem with the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter technology. The PICC will have its own “stand alone” computer that is used to control our injection process. The PICC will be approved by the EPA as an authorized Catalytic Converter replacement prior to putting it on the market.
An optional upgrade will eventually be available that will be make & model specific and consist of a software update (to our computer) that will fine tune your PICC to your specific vehicle's specifications. This will obviously require time on our dynamometers for every make and model vehicle on the road. So please if you have not yet requested a no obligation quote for our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter, do so today, your information is crucial to determining which vehicles to produce an upgrade for in a priority order.

Certified Trainers for HAFC & PICC Technologies:
The first certification training session for professional mechanics modified 2 vehicles in class (as does every class), a Ford F-150 8 cyl. & a Plymouth Breeze 4 cylinder. The F-150 went from 12.7 to 33 mpg and the Plymouth from 33 to 77 mpg! Needless to say all students in every class to date have been overwhelmed by what they have learned and experienced. Every class modification has achieved at least double or better increase in fuel economy. Two comments of many on file from recent graduates:
I was concerned about tampering laws when I first got here. I have worked on exhaust systems and catalytic converters for a lot of years. I am always willing to learn new things, but I have to admit that bothered me. Not any longer, this is slick!
It is really neat to have everything you were taught about this challenged, but by the end of the first day I knew they were right. That was what was so incredible to me. Then to see it work over a class project where we did it ourselves. I am changed.
There are approximately 89 million vehicles in operation in North America, to a trained mechanic that means 89 million potential customers for an HAFC now, and the same 89 million again once we release the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter!
Income scenario:Train 10 local mechanics per week (2 days), at $500 each = $5,000 - $500.00 [$50 to Dutchman for each student certification (and an additional $25 if a recruiter referred the student)] which would equal $4,500.00. If the trainer is an sales rep / affiliate (SR) for His Covenant Ministries and signs each student up as an SR under them and each student averages 10 HAFC sales per week that would earn the certified trainer an additional $750 per week per each student trained (10 per week = $7,500).
2 work days per week could produce a $12,000 income per week for a certified trainer, 4 days per week X by 2 = $24,000, 6 days per week X by 3 would be $36,000 per week
Added to the above is the fact that every HAFC customer is registered for the International Tesla Electric Companies (ITEC) Free Electricity program (while still available) and attends the demonstration in their area on July 10, 2008, that would add an additional $1,500 per year to that mechanic’s retirement fund. Also each witness attendee will have the opportunity to invite 9 friends or family members to become customers of ITEC, which equates to a possible $15,000 per year per every HAFC sale!
The next training sessions will be held on the 24th - 26th of July, the 31st to the 2nd of August, and again on the 13th to the 15th of August. The regular training schedule of two classes per week (starting every Monday and Thursday) is scheduled to resume on August 20th.

The JeffOtto.com LTD affiliate program (administered for UCS of A dealer His Covenant Ministries) is set up as a 3-tiered program in which you can make even more money on other folks you recruit as Sales Reps with a 50% override on people directly under you and 5% on any people they may recruit.

Training began at the New Jersey facility to certify professional mechanics as trainers for mechanics in their local area. When an affiliate recruits a mechanic to attend and graduate the certification training they will receive $25 for every student that person trains. They will also receive $75 in commission for every HAFC sale (double that again when the PICC is released) the trainer makes and an additional $7.47 for each HAFC sale the students make.
As an affiliate everyone of your customers that buys a UCSA / BWT product or service is automatically registered as a Free Electricity witness and will earn you $1,500.00 per year once their equipment is installed or ITEC begins to pay their electric bill. Each witness that attends the public demonstrations on July 10th of 2008 will have the opportunity to add 9 more friends or relatives to the program. The total potential for each of your customers through the Free Electricity program alone is $15,000 per year added to your retirement fund!
