The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:
What's the odds? The first Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter (PICC) modified vehicle was totaled on it's way from our Michigan facility over to the New Jersey location. A young man, drunk out his mind, slammed into the back of the van in Ohio at a speed in excess of 100 miles per hour (police estimation). Our headman in both the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell and the PICC technologies was driving; the good news is he was not hurt. Even with a damaged frame and who knows what else he was able to nurse it back to our Newfoundland facility.
Our research team has now been able to determine that the PICC technology will not be make & model specific. At this time it is looking like there will only be 6 models (sizes) of the PICC required to cover all applications! This will drastically reduce the time needed to bring a finished product to market for all vehicles.
As I understand it, an optional upgrade will eventually be available that will be make & model specific and consist of a software update to fine tune your PICC to your specific vehicle's specifications. We state eventually above because this will obviously require time on our dynamometers for every make and model vehicle on the road. So please if you have not yet requested a no obligation quote for our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter, do so today, your information is crucial to determining which vehicles to produce an upgrade for in a priority order.
The New Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell (gas only at this time - diesels in research):
The field experiences from the initial 300+ Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kits has provided the company with very valuable information to perfect the product and eliminate the problems. As stated before the majority of problems encountered were a direct result of not reading the instructions provided. The field-testing has also brought to light the fact that to accommodate all applications the HAFC will need to be computer assisted. If the auto manufactures were even close to being uniform in their utilization of the O2 sensors (FORD being the worst offender) the initial optimizer design would have been sufficient.
Our new third generation optimizer was installed in two vehicles modified with the HAFC technology during the first training class conducted June 25th through the 28th. The new optimizer is a very sophisticated tunable computer device that may be fine tuned to the emission system utilized in any vehicle. This new optimizer is ready for mass production and will ship with the production ready HAFC Kits; projected target date for official product launch is scheduled for the 3rd week in July barring any additional delays, problems or complications.
Installation of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell by a qualified mechanic will insure the projected mileage increases of 50% (gas guzzlers) to 100% (economy cars). Installation by a factory-trained mechanic (including mechanics trained in their local area by a factory certified trainer) will greatly enhance your savings. There are many tweaks and tricks not covered in the install manual or on the support web site simply because of the complicated nature of these adjustments. Information on becoming a factory certified trainer in both technologies is available below.
Our head engineer on the fuel technologies will dedicate the entire first week of July updating the support site for the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell. Most of the 24 mechanics attending the first two training sessions has prior experience in the installation of the HAFC system. This will provide very valuable feedback, from qualified mechanics, on exactly what needs to be expanded upon and clarified on the support web site and in the install manual.
Application to CARB, the California Air Resources Board, has been submitted for testing a Hydro Assist Fuel Cell equipped vehicle. The CARB standard is the most stringent emission standards in the nation and has been adopted by 6 states in addition to California. Once the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell receives CARB certification it will meet or exceed emissions standards in every state in the US.

Training on the fuel technologies to begin on June 25th:
Dutchman Inc. began their factory-training program on the 25th of June at the New Jersey facility, to certify mechanics as trainers for other mechanics in their own local areas. The initial training session will be for 3 days and cover the complete installation of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell and the concepts behind the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter technology. Once the PICC is released the mechanics will be invited back for an additional 2 days training on all the ins and outs of understanding and installing the PICC and receive their final certification on both technologies.
The next training session will be held on the 9th through the 11th of July
Initially this will be a 2 part training series in that the first 3 days of class will cover the full installation of the HAFC plus the concepts behind the PICC technology. The cost for this training will be $1,000 and include the full five days. The first day is on Dutchman, in other words, any mechanic that is not totally impressed with the training they are receiving at the end of day one may return home with a full refund. There will be 2 - 3 vehicles modified at every training session, mechanics within driving distance of New Jersey may apply to have their vehicle modified for free at training.
Mechanics that graduate will be able to return home and train other mechanics in their local area to install both the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell (HAFC) now and the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter (PICC) once that technology has been released and they have been company certified to train installers for both technologies. The suggested fee for our trainers to charge their students is $250 per day, 2 days required for HAFC training now, and most likely an additional 3 day follow-up for the PICC installation.
The suggested fee for all trained mechanics (factory or locally by a certified trainer) to charge per install is $300 for the HAFC and an additional $500 when the customer returns for their PICC installation. With $4.00 a gallon fuel prices on the horizon this should be adequate motivation for all mechanics to receive training in both technologies.

The initial 1.6 million witnesses (that actually attend the demonstrations) will not pay anything for their electricity as long as they live. BUT everyone that comes in after the public demonstrations will incur a cost of $2,000 per household. The JeffOtto.com LTD affiliate program (administered for UCS of A dealer His Covenant Ministries) is set up as a 3-tiered program in which you can make even more money on other folks you recruit as Sales Reps with a 50% override on people directly under you and 5% on any people they may recruit.

Each witness that attends the public demonstrations will have the opportunity to add 9 more friends or relatives to the program. The total potential for each of your customers through the Free Electricity program alone is $15,000 per year added to your retirement fund!

1 UCS of A dealership available:
The dealership re-sale program through dealer orientation meetings in New Jersey has now come to an end. His Covenant Ministries has two UCS of A dealership positions, with the potential of a single dealership, it has been decided there is no reason to maintain the second dealership.
The current company valuation of the dealership positions as of mid June is $60,000.
