Free Electricity Program Update

Set your calendars for December 28th, 2002! ITEC, UCSA and BWT are coming out with all guns blazing come what may!

Yes, you read that right, the initial installations and launch of the Free Electricity program is set for December 28th of this year come what may. If you are registered into this program you will receive written notification in early December of the demonstrations located closest to you. Since the 28th falls on a Saturday and for religious reasons you cannot attend, notify ITEC immediately AFTER receiving your notification and other arrangements will be made for you to attend on the 29th. The company also realizes that many people will be traveling during this time of the year, details are pending as to how they will accommodate folks out of their area.

If you are not yet registered into the FE program there are only 2 options available and these will end once the company announces we have obtained our goal of 1.6 million initial witnesses. You may either take us up on our Free Look offer or become a member of the National Union of American Families.

As you read this update please remember that if you are already resisted for Free Electricity you are in and need do nothing else, period. Again, if you were involved in the COBI plan, kept a Free Look kit, joined NASDAC, or registered directly through me or another UCSA dealer you are already in!
You may join, recruit or sponsor for the NUAF but there is no obligation to do so.

NUAF Information

Please note the Free Electricity benefit of NUAF membership is not available to Oregon residents at this time.

The NUAF is a union of families that was initially started in 1972 by a man named Jesse Epps. Mr. Epps is a very politically connected black leader who was involved with Martin Luther King, Jr. and has served as an advisor to Presidents. His vision was, and still is, to unify the American family and encourage them to participate in their communities, and in all aspects of the political process, especially by registering to vote. The union also wishes to bring greater prosperity to the families of this country through their unity and the power of collective bargaining.

NUAF's union structure will operate on the local level, providing information, education and advocacy for local and national issues that affect the family in every way. Every twenty families will have a steward (just like the shop stewards of a union) to communicate with them and he/she then understands the issues. The Stewards will also receive feedback from their families, and take that feedback to district meetings.

The stewards in each voting district will meet regularly. The people can report their problems with schools, law enforcement, or other community problems or blessings to their steward, just like a union member would report problems to his shop steward. That is how involved the NUAF intends work in giving the people a voice on all levels.

There will be an advocate who will feed this back to representatives for the voting district and try to resolve the problems with the local political groups and agencies. It will work like a labor union, but it is not about labor. It's about collective bargaining and unity on behalf of the foundation of America - the family! It is a service to unite the Community. This National Union of American Families is exciting, especially since it has been in the works since 1972.

Jesse Epps, Chairman of the NUAF Advisory Committee, and Jesse Jackson, Co-Chairman, are both very connected to the labor unions of this country. In fact, Jesse Epps was involved in settling a Sanitation Worker's Strike at the time he talked Martin Luther King Jr. into coming to Memphis. He was also a labor advisor to President Lyndon B. Johnson. Jesse Jackson meets with the head of the AFL-CIO at least once a month. Both have direct connections at the very top of the biggest unions including the Teamsters which have over 16 million union members. They are also both very connected to many national churches. One such church alone has over 16 million people in it. There could be no stronger or more likely ally than the labor unions of this country, which are not intimidated by big business.

NUAF Member Benefits

The NUAF are planning to bring great direct benefits to their union membership. One of the benefits they currently have is a medical plan to supplement major medical plans offered by big business. The package they offer is a combination of dental, vision, and prescriptions. It offers up to 70% off and includes one free eye exam every year. The number of dentists participating in their plan is greater than in any other dental plan in the USA. The cost for this benefits plan is a one-time charge of $79.95 for a whole year of service! Some plans charge that much per month. They are also working on packaging an affordable major medical plan for those who are not part of a group and are unable to afford insurance on their own.

The NUAF has also just put together a deal that will enable the NUAF to offer its members quality on line Internet service for $14.95 per month. For lower quality commercial service the Microsoft Network (MSN) and America Online (AOL) charge between $21.95 and $28.90 per month. The NUAF Internet service provides residential Internet users with the highest of business grade Internet service. There is no activation fee and their unlimited Internet access does not include Ad Bars, Pop Windows, or any of the annoyances common with popular commercial providers. It's powered by AT&T and UUNet's Global Network and Cisco System's Internet Infrastructure, and with more than 2000 Points of Presence (POPs) NUAF Internet subscribers won't be bothered with busy signals.

There is also a service coming to give businesses remote, fully functional, work at home, safe, encrypted, and virus free access to their computer network at a cost of only $19.95 per month.

The NUAF is also putting together a Virtual Shopping Mall and is initially offering the entire UCSA product line as it was laid out in the NASDAC program. The discounts are pretty much the same, and the commission for Recruiters is still 10%. In addition, The National Union of American Families is putting together all sorts of other benefits, which will include insurance of all types (auto, life, health, etc) pre-paid legal and even travel vacation plans.

There is a lot for an NUAF member to gain, especially in the area of representation in community affairs we mentioned earlier. Jesse is in the process of locating the officers for a local union office in every voting district, and the volunteer stewards who will dialogue with every twenty families in that local network.

For right now, while the union structure is being built members can sign up for the one time fee of $15 with absolutely no monthly dues prior to the end of this year. When the local structure is fully in place the monthly dues of $8 per month will commence. There will be no taxation without representation, so until that happens there will be no dues at all. It is expected to take a year to put that all together, so there will not be any dues at any time in this year of 2002. After the structure is fully in place there will be an entrance fee of $10 per new member and monthly dues of $8 per month to be a member of the National Union of America Families.

To discontinue membership all you have to do is fail to pay your dues when reminded once of that responsibility. Whatever benefits a member gets while being a member can continue even past the loss of membership. For example, if a member pays $79.95 for the add-on medical benefits program for one year and get out of the NUAF before that year is over, he or she will continue to be in that program for the remainder of that year. Of course the ex-member could not buy into that plan for another year as a non-member. If a member bought a set of laundry balls he or she would not have to return them if he or she was no longer a NUAF member. Likewise, if a potential lifetime annual allotment of free electricity were earned for being a witness, this allotment would not end because the witness was no longer a member of the NUAF. Whatever you get for the $15 fee while you are an introductory member using the benefits is yours even if you don't continue as a dues paying member a year from now.

Recruiting for the NUAF

You do not have to be a member of NUAF to be a recruiter and it costs nothing to register as a recruiter. For those of you familiar with the NASDAC program the NUAF is very similar. For each member you recruit (that actually shows up on 12/28/02) you will receive the income from 20,000 kWh of electricity per year if and when we are successful. At 5 cents per kWh that would equal a $1,000.00 yearly income. Every witness will receive the opportunity to sign 9 more folks up within a 60-day period (this is referred to as rollover). With the potential of rollover figured in you may experience a $10,000.00 yearly income (see example below under sponsor), per every sign-up from the Free Electricity program alone. As with NASDAC, you will also receive 10% of all your member's purchases of NUAF offered products and services. That is an awesome potential for helping to build a union who's stated purpose is reclaiming our countries though a united voice of the American and Canadian families!

Please remember this opportunity will not last long, once the stated goal of 1.6 million witnesses is reached, this program will end immediately!

NUAF Recruiter Form

You may also sponsor members into NUAF

If you are very busy, or just do not feel comfortable with talking people into something new, you may simply sponsor members into the NUAF by paying their $15.00 fee for them. The NUAF will provide the members for you and your entire donation to a 5012c3 non-profit organization should be completely tax deductible (check with your own tax professional to confirm). Your donation will not be deposited until you have been provided with a complete list of your sponsored members. You will also receive all of the compensation for your members as outlined above under recruiting. You may sponsor as many folks as you wish in multiples of $15.00 each. For example you make a one-time $1,500.00 donation and the NUAF supplies the 100 members. All 100 witnesses the initial installation closest to them and on average they sign up 6 of the possible 9 after launch. In the given scenario that would mean 700 happy folks experiencing zero electric bills with a yearly income to you of $700,000.00! That does not even take into consideration the 10% of all the products and services these people participate in. Yes the potential is mind blowing but keep in mind this opportunity ends once the initial 1.6 million has been obtained.

NUAF Sponsor Form (not an online form, you must print, complete and mail or fax with payment to ITEC)

Please remember the above scenarios are only valid if we are successful on December 28th of 2002.

PhoneMate Update:

UCSA will soon make a video presentation of this available to their dealers and NUAF Recruiters. It is as durable and unbreakable as your telephone is now. The unit is about 6 inches wide, 6 inches long and one inch thick. It can be carried in your briefcase, purse, fanny pack, or just in your suitcase. It plugs into the wall and the phone plugs into the unit. It can be used in Europe or anywhere in the world over regular phone lines. In Europe you need a regular electric adapter (converter) and you are set. You can call to a cell phone with it, but you cannot call from a cell phone with it (yet). The basic service will be under $19.95. Calls to another unit are at no charge regardless of the length of the call or time of day anywhere in the world, and are unlimited. A call to any other phone not hooked up (including a cell phone) is 2 cents or less per minute.

They also have an arrangement to adapt the phone unit to accommodate another technology that compresses video. You will be able to see the other party talking to you while you are talking to each other. It can be done now! That attachment to the unit will be out soon. There will be a cover added to the 6 inch square unit that flips up with a 4" X 4" screen with whoever you are talking to on it. You can see documents, the other party, or whatever is in front of the unit on the other end. There will be an additional $5 per month added to the basic monthly rate for this attachment. That will be the whole additional cost for the television phone attachment.

This product may not be available outside of NUAF membership, negotiations are continuing.

Update on the States AGs

The companies are now in the process of forming a very high profile legal team to combat the ongoing harassment from several States' Attorney Generals, the BBB, the media, and the few who spend their time spreading half-truths and lies over the Internet.

Folks in the State of Oregon may not sign up as a witness in the Free Electricity program period.

That's all for now, thank you for your continued interest and support...
