Free Electricity Program Update
As you read this update please remember that if you are already resisted for Free Electricity you are in and need do nothing else, period. Again, if you were involved in the COBI plan, kept a Free Look kit, joined NASDAC, or registered directly through me or another UCSA dealer you are already in! You may join the NUAF for the many benefits of membership, but please note on your application that you are already resisted in the Free Electricity program.
As of midnight on 4/24/02 the UCSA dealers are no longer allowed to directly register witnesses for our Free Electricity initial installations but may participate as recruiters in the union plan outlined below. The company has given an exclusive agreement for the remaining positions to the National Union of American Families (NUAF). The NUAF is working in conjunction with an existing UCSA dealer. The only relationship between UCSA / ITEC and NUAF is as a supplier. The NUAF are on a graduated performance quota to fill the remaining positions no later then November of 2002. With the existing membership of NUAF, this could actually be accomplished with-in the next 90 days. As before, once the magic number of 1.6 million has been obtained this offer to participate in America's Declaration of Energy Independence will be withdrawn. If you have not yet registered as a witness, your window of opportunity is closing quickly and either our "Free Look" offer, or NUAF membership is the only way in. For those of you already registered that see the many advantages of joining the NUAF, you are welcome(to avoid duplication please be sure to note your registration number on your application form).
Our projected date for the initial installations of July 4th has been revised to December 28th of this year. This date has been set in stone by the company, "We will bring our technology forth on or before December 28th, 2002"! Everyone registered will receive notification from ITEC of the initial installation closest to him or her in early December 2002. In order to have performed on July 4th all witness positions would had to be filled by mid April. At the time the July 4th date was projected that goal was obtainable. Due to the length of the negotiations between ITEC and NUAF that did not happen. To all nay Sayers, hold your negative e-mail declaring another date missed, they will be sent to the trash bin where they belong. I have been a dealer since '96 and this is the first time the company has ever announced a date and set that date in stone! Again, come what may, this will happen on December 28th of this year.
The National Union of American Families
Jesse Epps in 1972, former Secretary of Labor under two US administrations formed the NUAF. The NUAF is a 501c3 non-profit organization in the process of forming local chapters in every US State organized through the existing local legislative districts (not yet sure how the Canadian chapters will be organized). The NUAF are affiliated with many large churches and labor unions. The purpose of the NUAF is to unite and support the family unit and provide benefits of membership in a major union to all families of America and Canada. Yes, Canadians may join the NUAF. There is now (until the 1.6 million goal is obtained) an introductory offer for membership of $15.00 for the first year's dues. If you decide to continue, beginning in month 13, the dues will be $8.00 per month thereafter.

PhoneMate - for less than $20.00 a month service fee, ALL of your long distance calls are free (unlimited long distance).

Registration Changes
You have changed locations:
If you have moved, make a copy of your registration certificate, note your changes and send to ITEC with a $1.00 administration fee.
Your registration certificate was lost in the mail or misplaced:
Mail a copy of your "Letter of Confirmation" (LOC) from the company along with a request for a duplicate certificate to ITEC, include payment for the $5.00 administration fee.

NASDAC & NASDAC Recruiter Update
The NASDAC program is not accepting any new members effective as of 4/17/02. All existing NASDAC members and recruiters are not effected in anyway. Existing NASDAC members MAY be offered first year NUAF membership, negotiations on going at this time. Anyone, including existing NASDAC recruiters, may participate in the new NUAF plan until the total of 1.6 million witnesses are acquired. New and existing recruiters will be required to submit the NUAF recruiter agreement to ITEC.
Compensation for recruitment of new NUAF members:
You are paid for 20,000 kWh per year directly from the company (not 26,000 as per NASDAC) on all recruits that agree to be a witness for the FE demonstrations that will happen on December 28th of this year, at a nickel per that is a $1,000.00 per year income.
You will receive 10% of all purchases made by your recruits on all union offered products and services (including the UCSA product line, we are just one of many suppliers).
All union members will have the option of the PhoneMate unlimited long distance service for under $20.00 per month, you will be paid $1.00 per month each for your PhoneMate people.
All union members will have the option of the medical insurance (full details pending), including dental for under $80.00 per year, you will be paid $8.00 per year each as long as they maintain their coverage.
For each 10 folks someone you recruited brings in, you receive 1 as if you recruited them personally.
You and/or your recruits also may sponsor members into the union at $15.00 each. In other words you may have a rich uncle that would like to get involved, he may contribute $1,500.00 (for example), sponsor in a hundred new members that the union will supply, write the entire $1,500.00 off as a 501c3 donation and set up a 100K yearly income. By the way, in this example you would receive 10 new members as well. Your donation is not processed until you are provided with a list of your new members.
This recruitment program will end once the 1.6 million goal is achieved!

Update on the State�s AGs
The information provided below is from my current understanding only and may change at any time. The companies are now in the process of forming a very high profile legal team to combat the ongoing harassment from several States' Attorney Generals, the BBB, the media, and the few who spend their time spreading half-truths and lies over the Internet.
Folks in the State of Oregon may not sign up as a witness in the Free Electricity program period.
The Kentucky saga continues and you will be updated as information is received. Come to find out there is 29 new coal fired plants now under construction or about ready to break ground! This is a two billion dollar a year industry in the State of Kentucky. Everybody in the State of Kentucky can enjoy the black lung and the acid rain while the few elite profit big time. Not much wonder why they were ordered to stop the demonstrations of the Sundance generator at any cost.
