Magnuson Moss Warranty Act:
The following is presented for your information:
US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312 Legally, a vehicle manufacturer can not void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)). If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact EPA at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov.
The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:
The company announced a major breakthrough in the research on the Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter. In testing a 318 cubic inch Chrysler engine they have achieved a 9X increase in mileage! In simulating a 50% load (a 30% incline) for 1 hour at 3,000 rpm, which equals 65 miles per hour, unmodified the engine consumed 18 lbs of fuel. In switching over to the PICC technology, under the exact same testing conditions, the engine only consumed 2 lbs of fuel!
The weight of gasoline varies depending on the blend from around 5.5 - 6.5 lbs per gallon; the average of 6 lbs per gallon will be used for this computation. 18lbs / 6 = 3 gallons of fuel to travel 65 miles or 21.66 miles per gallon unmodified. Running on the plasma fuel produced by the PICC, under the exact same testing conditions, 2lbs / 6 = .33 gallons of fuel which works out to a whopping 197 miles per gallon!
The research is also leading our experts to suspect the PICC product may not turn out to be a make / model specific modification after all. If this is correct it will mean the PICC will be available much sooner than anticipated for all vehicles. Our experts are also exploring the possibility of combining the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell technology with the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter to greatly enhance the above testing results. If this does turn out to be the case, our HAFC customers will simply go to a trained mechanic (see below) to install the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter in conjunction with their existing HAFC system.
If all the above works out as anticipated an optional upgrade will be available eventually that would be make & model specific. The upgrade would consist of nothing more than a simple software install to fine turn the PICC's onboard computer to your specific application. We state eventually above because this would require time on the dynamometers for every make and model vehicle on the road.

Training on the fuel technologies to begin in June:
Dutchman Inc. will begin a training program next month, at the New Jersey facility, to certify mechanics as trainers for other mechanics in their own local areas. Admission will be by invitation only; professional mechanics interested in this program are invited to submit a resume to Dutchman through this UCS of A dealership for consideration.
This will be a 2 part training series in that the first 3 days of training will cover the full installation of the HAFC plus the concepts behind the PICC technology. Once the PICC is released the mechanics will be invited back for an additional 2 days training on all the ins and outs of installing the PICC. The cost for this training will be $1,000 and include the full five days. The first day is on Dutchman, in other words, any mechanic that is not totally impressed with the training they are receiving at the end of day 1 may return home with a full refund.
Mechanics that graduate will be able to return home and train other mechanics in their local area to install both the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell (HAFC) now and the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter (PICC) once that technology is available and they have been company certified to train installers for both technologies. The suggested fee for our trainers to charge their students is $250 per day, 2 days required for HAFC training, and most likely an additional 3 days follow-up for the PICC installation.
The suggested fee for all trained mechanics to charge per install is $300 for the HAFC and an additional $500 when the customer returns for their PICC installation. With $4.00 a gallon fuel prices on the horizon this should be adequate motivation for all mechanics to receive training in both technologies. The New Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell (gas only at this time - diesels in research):
The onboard computer has proved to be a real challenge, they think they have it, they have it, they have it and the little weasel pops it's ugly head up again. For your information, the auto manufactures have put considerable resources into making darn sure your vehicle gets absolutely no more fuel economy than it was designed to get. With that stated, HAFC kits are not yet into production, this could change any day and subscribers to this update will be notified.
The manufactures (2 in the US & 1 in Canada) are NOW on-line to produce 100 units a day each, increasing to 1,000 a day by July 1 once they are notified the computer problem is solved. Pre-orders for the HAFC are now being accepted via payment by check or money order (not to be cashed until manufactures begin daily shipments). Be the first in your neighborhood to say adios to the Gas Bandits.
Diesels are at the facility and research on that fuel type engine, to include the big rigs, is under way now. The in house experts believe that the diesels will not be a hard nut to crack but will involve a completely different technology and HAFC Kit then the gas models.

Free Electricity Program:
The May ‘07 deadline (to finish the 1.6 million witness recruitment) for the stadium demonstrations to be held on July 10th of this year has now passed and has been rescheduled for July 10, 2008. The preparation time for an event of this magnitude would require a 2-month minimum lead-time and we have missed that window of opportunity. The public demonstrations of the "Free Electricity technology" and much, much more WILL HAPPEN on July 10, 2008 and, according to the International Tesla Electric Company (ITEC), you can take that date to the bank!
There are several possibilities going on behind the scenes, we are not at liberty to detail here that could end the witness drive at any time now. As of this date the dealers are still allowed to register new people and will continue to do so until announced by the company the witness goal has been achieved. If not yet registered as a witness for our public demonstrations the 4 options to do so are on site.
All witnesses are required to attend the demonstration in their area; if unable to attend in person you will have the opportunity to appoint a stand-in of voting age. If neither the witness nor a stand-in attends, that registration will be dropped from the program. At the public demonstrations, witnesses in attendance will be given the opportunity to bring in 9 of their relatives or friends. After the technology has been indisputably proven in front of millions across North America (US & Canada), there will be a one-time charge of $2,000 (the initial 1.6 million witnesses pay nothing) to never again pay an electric bill. The post demonstration program will continue until ITEC has 16 million customers, this number could change depending on the total demand for electricity at that time.

Affiliate Program:

As an affiliate everyone of your customers that buys a UCSA / BWT product or service is automatically registered as a Free Electricity witness and will earn you $1,500.00 per year once their equipment is installed or ITEC begins to pay their electric bill. Each witness that attends the public demonstrations will have the opportunity to add 9 more friends or relatives to the program. The total potential for each of your customers through the Free Electricity program alone is $15,000 per year added to your retirement fund!

The dealership re-sale program through dealer orientation meetings in New Jersey has now come to an end. His Covenant Ministries has two UCS of A dealership positions, with the potential of a single dealership, it has been decided there is no reason to maintain the second dealership.
