Due to the overwhelming response on the Evidence Eliminator software introduced in the last update of 1/7/04, and a previous update (no longer on site) concerning Internet security and privacy, I have created a new page on the subject. All of the Gibson Research utilities linked to are completely free and plug major holes in the Microsoft, or Microsuck, operating systems. The other software available (excluding Evidence Eliminator) all have very efficient freeware programs in addition to their full blown product offerings. At the very least I highly recommend you take the time to download the Gibson utilities and run them on your computer.

Real briefly the purpose of the HCM site is to inform and update the American people with information in the fields of God's Law (scripture), freedom and liberty, man's law, health and energy. This will be an ongoing lifetime project with new materials being posted as others submit their work, advances are made, and as time permits. I have organized the web site JeffOtto.com into a Limited Liability Company created as Jeffotto.com Ltd. under the statutes of the Great State of Nevada. I personally have no ownership interests in the new entity and as stated in its operating agreement, 90% of any profits are to be donated to His Covenant Ministries for the sole purpose of furthering His Kingdom on this earth. A new online shopping cart is now in place with real-time credit card processing and an affiliate program to be introduced soon.
Updates On The NUAF And Seventh Day Adventists Membership Drive
As many of you know from past updates Seventh'day Adventists have partnered with the NUAF in a nationwide membership drive. NUAF's mission statement; "Establish equal economic, educational, and social opportunity, and create political power for the American family through organizing communities and promoting civic participation. NUAF is committed to uniting families across the nation to improve the communities and build a better nation." This union of American families has the ability to make major changes in life quality as well as changing the policies of government. All NUAF members have the option of being a witness in ITEC's Free Electricity program.

Current State Restrictions:
1) The State of Kentucky Saga: All criminal charges against Dennis Lee have been withdrawn by the State of Kentucky AG and will be continued in civil court. UCS of A has agreed to withdraw all offering of products or signing up of witnesses among Kentucky residents until the conclusion of the civil proceedings. I cannot sell you any product in the UCS of A product line or even offer you a Free Electricity registration if you buy any other online shopping products offered on JeffOtto.com. If you will remember from an update of 10/15/01 they threatened Dennis with arrest unless he cancel his Louisville demonstration of the Sundance Generator, obviously he did not bow his knee to Caesar on that day and the Kentucky saga continues...
2) The State of Alaska: Dennis Lee directly or through any corporation, and Lee's assigns, successors, agents, representatives, transferees, dealers, employees or others acting on behalf of or in concert with him cannot advertise promote or distribute dealerships, memberships or business opportunities or any other plan or scheme in which consumers are told they can obtain free energy. The Free Electricity plan as outlined on site violates none of the above conditions all 4 current options for reserving your place as a witness are available to citizens of the State of Alaska.
3) The Washington State Situation: I may not sell you a Free Electricity registration, so since I do not sell anyone Free Electricity registrations, all 4 current options are available to Washington citizens.
The Master Recruiter (MR) Program: From past correspondence I know there are a lot of motivated folks out there following our battles with the elitists as we attempt to get this technology released in front a mass number of witnesses. There is now a program recently announced by the company in which sincere, motivated men and women can earn a UCS of A dealership free & clear.
The offer in a nutshell is this; bring 5,000 new witnesses into the Free Electricity program in a six month period of time and the company will grant you a UCS of A dealership free and clear for a job well done. UCS of A dealerships have sold in the past for as much as $ 100,000 each. If the National Union of American Families and Seventh'day Adventists do ring the bell before your 6 months has expired, any MR that has maintained their quota (834 a month, 209 a week) will get their dealership immediately. MRs falling short of their goal will be compensated for the witnesses they did bring in. If you are the pastor of a church, an individual with many contacts, or friends with contacts this is a terrific opportunity to acquire a UCS of A dealership for a little hard work. Dennis is also available to do radio shows in your area to explain the program and answer questions live from your local audience.
The Just Put It Out There Myth: Let me address this suggestion once more for the last time, emails suggesting this foolish approach in the future will just be ignored. It cannot and will not happen until a mass number of witnesses in all 50 states of the American Union (and the provinces of Canada) are present, all at the same time, to witness our Free Electricity technology live. Dennis tried to demonstrate an earlier version of Free Electricity (The Alternative) in the eighties in front of a group of 600 Washington state citizens. The powers that be busted into that demonstration in true Gestapo form, confiscated the equipment and arrested Dennis and several key employees. Of course one of their so-called experts claimed it was dangerous and just plain did not work, and the media had a heyday. The equipment was never returned and they completely trashed and depleted a 50 million dollar company. This and much more is all documented in The Alternative along with the fact the technology was proven in a court of law and all criminal charges were dismissed (the media remained silent on this fact). They may do whatever they wish to anybody they wish to do it to as long as too many people do not know about it, a sad fact of the situation in America today.
The Rumors And The Lies: Some of you will remember the old John Galt Show that Dennis broadcast weekly to keep the people informed on our progress and address the many rumors and lies being spread about him, his companies and his technologies. Some of the key programs have remained archived on the Soundwaves2000 site and are available at; Soundwaves2000.com (difficulties at time of release, if you are asked for a password enter thisisit to clear the security box). You may have heard Pat Robertson was the first president of UCS of A (United Community Services of America), this is a fact, that story is available (3/31/01 & 4/7/01) for those willing to take the time to discern the truth. You patriots may remember when Jack McLamb trashed Dennis and our project, that clarification (2/24/01) is also available as well as the story of the Kansas State Congress invitation for Dennis to speak (2/17/01) on his solution to the energy crisis. Beginning on April 8th of this year Dennis has started to outline the events that have unfolded since the publishing of The Alternative in 1994; this is expected to last 5 - 6 weeks in 2 hours segments. Who are you? Do you give credence to rumors, or do you seek the truth?

So When Will Free Electricity Happen? As you can see from the above articles and web sites ITEC is not the only company trying to release this technology. We pray for all the inventors out there, with a vision of Free Energy, the best of luck in releasing some form of Free Electricity technology. Once someone is successful in breaking through the ice there will be a "Jack-in-the box" explosion of technologies (Free Energy and other technologies beyond comprehension) that have been suppressed since Tesla's days.
ITEC believes it is ready now and once 1.6 million American and Canadian citizens agree to be a witness at our initial demonstrations we will be prepared to prove it to the world. You can ignore us, fight us, or join us, but before you can make an informed decision you need to invest the time to separate the wheat from the chaff. Removing the Power Hammer from the hands of the elitists would prove to be a major set back in their plans for a New World Order. What kind of country and planet do you want to leave to your posterity?
We are not asking for thousands of dollars, the technology will generate its own funding, a simple 10 dollar donation to a ministry to cover its costs (certificate, data entry and mailing) and your promise to appear at the initial demonstrations in your state. That is all it will cost you for the possibility of Free Electricity for the remainder of your life. This offer is open to the first 1.6 million folks, once faith is out of the equation, the projected registration fee for the remaining 14.4 million slots will be $2,000 each.
