The New Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell (gas only at this time - diesels in research):
As stated in the last update the computer problems have been solved, however some models proved to be quite challenging delaying the final product. The company recently modified a new ’07 Honda Accord, one of the most sophisticated computer systems out there to date, and was able to increase the original mileage from 33 clear up to 85 miles per gallon! Please note this is the exception to date and not the rule, the HAFC is promoted to increase your mileage from 50% (heavier vehicles) to 100% (compacts).
There is now a 100% credit back of your HAFC cost toward your Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter once that system is available for your model vehicle. The manufacture’s (2 in the US & 1 in Canada) have everything they need at this point in time and are projected to be at the 100 kits per day output goal by May, 1 and increasing to 1,000 a day by July 1. The now completed Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kit is compatible with all makes and models of gas-powered vehicles (even the older carbureted motors). Do the math for your situation, if the HAFC makes sense while waiting for your PICC; pre-orders are now being accepted via payment by check or money order (not to be cashed until manufactures begin daily shipments). The following computations are based upon the worst-case scenarios we have experienced in our research and development of the Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell technology and do not factor in the increased power and engine life, which you will experience.
Smaller, lighter more economical models; based on 20-mpg average, driven 15,000 miles per year, with a fuel cost of $3.00 per gallon:
With out a HAFC 15,000 (miles) / 20 (mpg) = 750 gallons of fuel X $3.00 = $2,250.00 yearly fuel expense
With the HAFC 15,000 (miles) / 40 (mpg - 100% increase) = 375 gallons of fuel X $3.00 = $1,125.00 yearly fuel expense or $1,125.00 Savings Per Year
Larger, heavier gas-guzzlers; based on 10-mpg average, driven 15,000 miles per year, with a fuel cost of $3.00 per gallon:
With out a HAFC 15,000 (miles) / 10 (mpg) = 1,500 gallons of fuel X $3.00 = $4,500.00 yearly fuel expense
With the HAFC 15,000 (miles) / 15 (mpg - 50% increase) = 1,000 gallons of fuel X $3.00 = $3,000.00 yearly fuel expense or $1,500.00 Savings Per Year
So no matter what you are driving, or what mileage increase you actually experience, the average pay back time for the HAFC is less than a year. Actually when you factor in the trade up credit for the Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter at 100% the payback time is absolutely zero!
Diesels are at the facility now and research on that fuel type engine, to include the big rigs, is scheduled to begin the 1st of May. The in house experts believe that the diesels will not be a hard nut to crack but will involve a completely different technology and HAFC Kit then the gas models.

The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:
The research on the Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter is continuing toward a closed loop system. Once that research has been completed, manufacturing will begin on the most requested models through the PICC Quote Request program. Your quote request will be answered once the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter is available for your vehicle(s). Manufacturing of the first PICC models could easily be 6 months or more out, with the 100% credit back offer you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by installing a Hydro Assist Fuel Cell while you wait.
Free Electricity Program:
The May ‘07 deadline for Big Business has not changed, if we have not met our goal of 1.6 million witnesses by next month, the war begins. We were hoping the sales from the HAFC alone would put us over the top of this goal in time for the July 10 (Tesla’s Birthday) demonstrations. However it took longer then expected to beat the auto manufactures (and their Oil Company owners), but beat them we did!
Even though the manufactures for the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell will not be shipping until early May, there are other negotiations going on behind the scenes that could still allow the July demonstrations to go forward. This does not mean the witness program is over, people will still be able to register as a witness, basically for free, until the 1.6 million goal is reached. At that time witness registrations will be closed and the public demonstrations scheduled.
All witnesses are required to attend the demonstration in their area, if unable to attend in person you will have the opportunity to appoint a stand-in of voting age. If neither the witness nor a stand-in attends, that registration will be dropped from the program. At the public demonstrations, witnesses in attendance will be given the opportunity to bring in 9 of their relatives or friends. After the technology has been indisputably proven in front of millions across North America (US & Canada), there will be a one-time charge of $2,000 to never again pay an electric bill. The post demonstration program will continue until ITEC has 16 million customers, this number could change depending on the total demand for electricity at that time.

Affiliate Program:
The JeffOtto.com LTD affiliate program (administered for UCS of A dealer His Covenant Ministries) is set up as a 3-tiered program in which you can make even more money on other folks you recruit as Sales Reps with a 50% override on people directly under you and 5% on any people they may recruit.
Affiliate commissions will be 15% of retail for all UCSA / BWT products on site now or added in the future, and 5% on all other products (Takara, LifeTime WaterOz, etc) in the shopping cart. For example, you sell a HAFC for $995.95, your commission would be $149.40, an affiliate you recruited sells an HAFC Kit, your commission on that sale would be $74.70, and an affiliate they recruited sells a HAFC your commission would be $7.47.

The dealership re-sale program through dealer orientation meetings in New Jersey has now come to an end. His Covenant Ministries has two UCS of A dealership positions, with the potential of a single dealership, it has been decided there is no reason to maintain the second dealership.
The current company valuation of the dealership positions as of the end of March is $50,000. The available dealership has been activated in the state of *Arizona, is involved in the NUAF steward program and has an active position in the Better World Alternatives MLM program.
