My apologies to the rest of you, but apparently there are detractors that have subscribed just to cause me grief, imagine that. People like Eric Kreig that has nothing better to do other than cause problems for others. Every time I send an update I receive multiple Spam complaints from people who would rather take the time to cause trouble through Spam Cop rather than simply following the appropriate link to unsubscribe. The main problem with Spam Cop is this, you cannot find out who you were supposed to have SPAMED! What is wrong with this picture? Someone is raising Kane about being Spamed and you cannot even find out whom to delete.

Free Electricity Program Update
Set your calendars for July 4th, 2002, America's Energy Independence Day!
We have a new UCSA dealer that is VERY WELL connected in organized labor folks and time is running short to sign up for the Free Electricity program. The company is convinced that we will achieve our goal of 1.6 million witnesses before the planned July 4th, 2002 launch date. If you have already registered, I applaud your foresight and your faith in us, if you are a skeptic; time is running very short now. Once ITEC makes the announcement that the 1.6 million witnesses have been acquired, the Free Electricity offer, as it stands today, is over. ITEC has raised the cost of the certificates to the dealers from $2.50 to $6.50 to accelerate the R&D necessary to prepare for our Energy Independence Day of July 4th, 2002. This increase will go into effect on 3/20/02 and all registrations through JeffOtto.com will increase to $10.00 on that date to reflect the additional cost. The mail-in form has already been changed, but the on line form will remain at $5.00 until next Wednesday (3/20/002). Of course the offer of gifting you a registration for any UCS of A product or literature purchase will still stand until the final cut off is announced by ITEC. All Church registrations will still be given as a gift if you agree to inform your flock of our program. This phase has never been about making money as out lined on the FAQ page, just about covering the actual hard costs.
This has been a mighty hard road to hoe with all of the negativity out there such as the Eric Kreigs, the Media, many State Attorney Generals and the BBB (Big Business Bureau) all trying to protect their heavy-handed masters. No matter, if it's is in God's plan to happen, no power on this earth will stop that, Amen.
To the skeptics "Oh Ye of little faith":
The total number of units to be installed in North America will be 16 million, which will be accomplished over a five-year period beginning July 4th of 2002. After launch there will be at least 2 units installed and operating in every US State (excluding Oregon and maybe Vermont & Maine). At that time you may go out and witness the meter spinning backwards, smell it, listen to it, and walk around it (pending the property owner's permission). If that is finally enough to convince you, this dealer will be happy to accept your $2,000.00 in exchange for one of the remaining 14.4 million positions. After the total 16 million have been assigned, that's it for North America and ITEC will then go global.
Engine Modification Updates
There are now two separate engine modification technologies being offered through the UCSA dealer network, the TEEG and the Mileage Miracle.
The TEEG Technology:
The TEEG is a simple conversion (4 hour install time) and will work on any gas-powered vehicle with an exhaust manifold. At this point in time, the TEEG modified engine runs on gas only. The conversion kits are available now and come complete with instructions and an 800 # you may call with questions. There is a water injection system option that will be available in the near future for an additional cost of $250.00. The addition of the water system, when ready, is expected to further enhance the mileage. With TEEG there is no modification to your existing systems, it consists of add-on modules only and your factory systems are not altered. The company stated increase in mileage with a TEEG conversion is 250%. If you are getting 20 mpg now, than you can expect 50 mpg after conversion. There is no mileage increase warranty for the do-it-yourself kits. If a certified installer installs the parts you are guaranteed a minimum of 200% increase. We are now in the process of training installers all over the world; by late-summer to early-fall there should be an installation shop close to your location. Due to an increase in dealer costs the TEEG will be available through JeffOtto.com for $898.00 delivered to the lower US 48 and $948.00 to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.
The Mileage Miracle Technology:
The Mileage Miracle is only available for 6 or 8 cylinder gas engines. This technology involves a major enhancement to the exhaust system as well as additions to the engine (about 8 hours install time). The company stated increase for the Mileage Miracle is 400%. If you are now getting 20 mpg, than you could expect 80 mpg with Mileage Miracle. The kits are now available and come with complete instructions and an 800 number to call with questions. The cost of the kit is $ 1,598.00 to the lower US 48 and $ 1,648.00 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Other options will be introduced as the different technologies clear the R & D process and enter into mass production. We are also working on a TEEG system for the big diesel tractor trailer rigs, while we still have some major tweaking to do we are now experiencing a 30 - 50% savings in the big rigs. The delays in releasing the big rig modifications are due to the fact we have to rent time on a tractor dynamometer as BWT technicians tweak the system. All subscribers of this update will be kept informed as more engine modification options become available.
Engine Modification Training
BWT and UCSA are pioneers of new technology that will literally revolutionize the automotive industry. The facility in New Jersey will teach and certify mechanics in the TEEG technology. The new facility in California, operated by the inventor, will teach and certify mechanics in the Mileage Miracle technology. The tuition for either course is the same, $1,000.00 for five full days of training.

NASDAC Update
It has been announced the NASDAC Buyers Club has not generated the numbers expected and the national program will be discontinued. The exact details of how this will be accomplished is still being worked out. However all commitments to all members will be honored, you will probably work directly through your NASDAC assigned dealer with no company oversight. The NASDAC Recruiter program will also be discontinued, you will still be given credit for all recruitments to date as agreed. Due to the above stated developments all of the NASDAC program information has been removed from JeffOtto.com. If you have any questions concerning NASDAC please direct them to your NASDAC assigned dealer.
Update on the State's AG's
The information provided below is from my current understanding only and may change at any time. Legal action is now being explored to remedy the following restrictions.
Oregon has finally made their ruling that the NASDAC buying club is a security. So beware if you live in Oregon, and you hire a salesman, you are invoking the security statutes of the State of Oregon. Of course this absurd ruling will be appealed by UCSA over the next 2 years or so. I wonder just how the good people of Oregon (Maine and Vermont rulings still pending) will react on July 4th, 2002 once they learn about new technology denied to them by their own elected officials. Total energy Independent technology available to everyone in all of Canada and every other US State (other than possibly Vermont and Maine). I would not want to be sitting in those hot seats!
Restrictions on the Free Electricity program to date as follows:
Maine and Vermont citizens may purchase any literature item only (offer ended 4/24/02). Oregon citizens may purchase any product or literature item (please note your intention to register on your order and include a physical location and daytime phone number). I cannot issue a registration to anyone in the above-mentioned 3 states at this time. All folks that qualify will be added to a database until the legal harassment in their particular state is resolved. If you are already registered and have received your certificate, this does not apply to you.
If you live in one of the 3 above-mentioned states, please do not send any donation to be registered, I will have to return it to you. You may just purchase any literature item as outlined above to be added to the database. Please be sure to note on your order "Hold me a registration in your Free Electricity program". Your certificate will be issued once the legal harassment in your state has been dealt with.
The Kentucky saga continues and you will be updated as information is received. Come to find out there is 29 new coal fired plants now under construction or about ready to break ground! This is a two billion dollar a year industry in the State of Kentucky. Everybody in the State of Kentucky can enjoy the black lung and the acid rain while the few elite profit big time. Not much wonder why they were ordered to stop the demonstrations of Free Electricity at any cost.
