Engine Modification Updates
As previously reported BWT is currently researching 4 different technologies for modifying engines not including the GEET technology we first introduced. Depending on the outcome of the Feb 28th hearing in Salt Lake Federal court, we may eventually re-introduce the GEET modifications making a total of five different options for modifying your engine through the UCSA dealer network. The TEEG modification is now through the R&D process with at least 20 different cars and pickups already modified to date through the training classes. UCSA expects to have a universal kit in production with-in two weeks time, around the first for second week of March 2002. The TEEG kits will come complete with license and detailed instructions for the do-it-yourselfers. The guarantee, when installed through a certified installer or trainer, will be at least double your mileage, and we expect most folks will experience 3 to 4 times their pre-modified mileage. The TEEG Kits are all serial numbered and licensed to the Patron for a specific application on their personal vehicle only. Only a certified trainer or installer may purchase these kits (at wholesale) for installation on a car or pickup that they do not personally own. Other options will be introduced as the different technologies clear the R & D process and enter into mass production. We are also working on a TEEG system for the big diesel tractor trailer rigs, while we still have some major tweaking to do we are now experiencing a 30 - 50% savings in the big rigs. The delays in releasing the big rig modifications are due to the fact we have to rent time on a tractor dynamometer as BWT technicians tweak the system. All subscribers of this update will be kept informed as more engine modification options become available.

BWT and UCSA are pioneers of new technology that will literally revolutionize the automotive industry. Our 1.6 Million Goal
I continue to receive a lot of inquiries on exactly where we are at in reaching our goal of 1.6 million witnesses for our projected launch date of July 4th, 2002. I do not know the exact numbers, but I do know we still have a ways to go. It was hoped that the promotion of the NASDAC program during the 2001 tour would put us over the top. Because of the events of September 11th, and the harassment received through various AGs and the media, that did not happen. In some states they went so far as to tell folks on their nightly news or local newspapers that the demonstrations were cancelled by the AG's office, that never happened. What did happen in Kentucky was Dennis being arrested before the demonstrations, and the rest of the crew threatened with arrest and confiscation of all our equipment. That demonstration was eventually held on December 28th at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville for the good people of Kentucky. Whether you believe in conspiracies or not, the fact is there are major players out there determined to stop us from reducing our Nation's dependence on them. ITEC will not release this technology without first reaching a critical mass of public support, period.
In the tour of 1999 we traveled across this entire country and demonstrated half of the equation, the Hummingbird motor. In 2001 we demonstrated the second half of the equation, the Sundance Generator, in every state of the Union. In both instances, people were encouraged to bring their own test equipment to verify our claims. If you attended these demonstrations, you know for a fact we have the ability NOW to free you from the grid. We have the ability NOW to shut down the acid rain producing coal fired plants. We have the ability NOW to stop the construction of more Nuclear power plants. We have the ability, the technology and the determination; we are still lacking the public support necessary to pull this off. I have had quite a few people over the years say "if you have really got the technology, just put it on my house, hold a press conference and the world will beat a path to your door and it will be all over". Well, they got one thing right, it would be all over! Our great government protectors would show up with their so-called experts, even though the meter is spinning backwards like crazy, they would declare it does not work, that it is unsafe, confiscate our equipment, broadcast it to the world, and it would be all over. If you cannot fathom the above scenario happening in the good ole USA, you are truly living in a dream world my friend. For documented proof of past events read The Alternative, by Dennis Lee. Government can do any thing they want as long as they do not do it to too many people at the same time.
Our solution is simple; acquire a critical mass of public awareness. Hold simultaneous installations all across the US (2 in each state) and Canada (2 in each province) and invite all 1.6 million witnesses to attend the closest installation to them. Imagine 14,000 to 28,000 (if they all bring just one friend or relative) people all converging at 116 different sites across all of North America on the same day! We are talking about creating 116 separate Woodstock size events with a total number of witnesses that may very well number over 3 million people. ITEC will also have their own live satellite feeds broadcasting from all 116 locations. Try convincing 3 million people that the event they just witnessed did not happen, we don't think so. That's our plan, and yes it will work very nicely, but we would be very foolish indeed to launch without first obtaining an adequate amount of witnesses. As the saying goes folks, "if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem".

Update on the State�s AG�s
The information provided below is from my current understanding only and may change at any time. Legal action is now being explored to remedy the following restrictions.
Restrictions have been lifted for the states of Washington, Alaska, and New Mexico!
Restrictions on the Free Electricity program to date as follows:
Maine and Vermont citizens may purchase any UCS of A literature item only (offer ended 4/24/02). Oregon citizens may purchase any UCS of A product or literature item (please note your intention to register on your order and include a physical location and daytime phone number). I cannot issue a registration to anyone in the above-mentioned 3 states at this time. All folks that qualify will be added to a database until the legal harassment in their particular state is resolved. If you are already registered and have received your certificate, this does not apply to you.
If you live in one of the 3 above-mentioned states, please do not send any donation to be registered, I will have to return it to you. You may just purchase any literature item as outlined above to be added to the database. Please be sure to note on your order "Hold me a registration in your Free Electricity program". Your certificate will be issued once the legal harassment in your state has been dealt with.
States that may not participate in the NASDAC program are Georgia, Maine, Oregon, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Vermont.
Dennis is back to court in Kentucky on February 21st and 22nd, 2002, the saga continues. We did follow through with the demonstrations in Kentucky on December 28th of 2001 at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville; the demonstrations went off without any legal harassment at all.
