Sorry for the delay between updates, it has been getting very busy here, just realized it has been over 2 months...
Our Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell Technology:
Since the last update the company has introduced two
improvements to the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell product. The first being a re-designed
fuel cell that, depending on the application, can be wired to produce either
60 liters of water gas per hour or 120 lph for our customers with the
larger engines. The second being a major improvement in our "HAFC
Covalizer"
formula, now much more potent and requires no mixing with other
substances.
As you can see from the image the fuel cell itself is no longer incased which allows for a much more efficient heat transfer. There are actually two different circuits where the installer may wire in only the one side for the 60 lph production or both sides to double that volume. The solution canister (not pictured) is mounted separately and also acts as the dryer which is no longer needed. For extremely cold climates there is an optional heater that fits around the canister, wired into a switch on your dash, and will draw an additional 4 amps while in operation (recommend 5 minute run time from start up).
Our new formula "HAFC Covalizer" is patent pending and registered with the EPA. Only 1/2 ounce per ten gallons of fuel is recommended and is now available at a cost of $19.95, per 16 ounce container, which will treat 320 gallons of fuel.

The 4X Optimizer for the AFR sensor systems is still in the development stage as well as its remote programming device known as the AMMO Box. The auto manufactures have certainly made it as difficult as possible to get past their on-board sentry and, up until now, were confident that it could not be done. Instructions on tweaking the 3X to perform on the AFR systems was recently video taped at a Tuning session held in New Jersey and is available to our certified mechanics.
The company has announced that research will begin soon on producing an HAFC kit for diesel applications.
As with most governmental processes the CARB (California Air Resources Board) Certification process drags on. The CARB Certification testing is the most stringent emission standards in the country and will serve very well as our independent verification for the HAFC. The Pre ignition Catalytic Converter will require EPA approval as an authorized catalytic converter replacement before offering that technology to the general public.

Public debut of the PICC was held at WIREC 2008 in DC - Now Awaiting EPA Approval!
With the public debut of the PICC, now only two weeks away, the most frequently asked question we are receiving is: "Why not just wait for the PICC to be ready for market?"
While it is true the public debut of our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter will be held in grand fashion in early March, which alone in no way, signifies an early market release of the PICC. In most states of the Union it is illegal to remove the “sacred factory catalytic converter”. EPA approval will have to be secured prior to offering it to the general public as an “officially recognized” catalytic converter replacement.
The PICC certainly is what we have been designing as the crown jewel of our fuel technology line of products. We believe that it will revolutionize the way vehicles are manufactured in the near future. We have also discovered, in our research and development process, that the HAFC technology compliments the conversion of liquid fuel into plasma inside the PICC’s reaction chamber.
We started with the HAFC technology, because it was easier to make universal, avoided the anti-tampering laws, and is legal now. When we discovered what the HAFC could offer in the process of plasma production, we were glad we had done so. One big advantage the HAFC has over the PICC is that it is less costly for the consumer and is available now.
We were also shocked to discover that on many 4 cylinder cars, with the HAFC alone, we actually experienced over 100 miles per gallon on our scientific orange test. If a kit that costs $1,000 can deliver that kind of efficiency, it would not make economic sense to spend an additional $3,000 in order to improve your fuel economy by another 2 - 3 fold.
Example: If you are driving 15,000 miles a year in
your little 4 banger, and currently enjoying 100 miles per gallon with
the HAFC, then you are only using 150 gallons of gas every year or about
3 gallons per week. Why would you pay an additional $3,000 to cut that
down to only one gallon of gas a week? Of course for the larger engines,
to go from 10 miles per gallon to 15 (or even 20+) mpg with the HAFC would
be great, and very cost effective. But to upgrade into the complete package
and obtain 100
miles per gallon plus would be
well worth the additional expense!

We have several very qualified certified trainers willing to come to your location at $1,000 per mechanic. With a 4 or more student class, 2 bays (no lift required) available the trainer will cover all of their own expenses. To book a training session, or for class sizes of less than 4, you may contact a trainer through us for more information.
A comprehensive 5 DVD series training course for $800.00 to allow qualified mechanics to become certified in installing our fuel technologies in the comfort of their own home. This course also comes with a "Trainer's manual", a "Tuner's manual", all of the class hand-outs and a written test. Upon successful completion of the above one of our Tuners will conduct a verbal test over the phone. There is also 2 hours of phone support for immediate help with the initial installs and of course unlimited Email support and access to the mechanic's area of the support web site. Upon 3 successful installs of 50% improvement or better they will be certified as a tuner.
