ITEC Registrant Database Update:
Yes the "Free Electricity" program is still very much alive and all registrants The International Tesla Electric Corporation (ITEC) has current contact information for will be taken care of one way or the other in 2007! Either ITEC will be successful in recruiting the 1.6 million witnesses by May 1, 2007 and proceed with Plan A and the public demonstrations on July 10th of 2007, or initiate Plan B beginning May 31, 2007.
IF you are registered to receive “Free Electricity” for your home or apartment with ITEC, AND you are registered under either JeffOtto.com LTD (prior to August of 2003) or His Covenant Ministries, UCS of A dealer #031854J. It is vital to maintain your position in line by verifying ITEC has current and up to date information for you. If ITEC cannot contact you, when the time comes, your registration will be deleted, end of story.
If you have recently received a copy of your ITEC “Free Electricity” registration and confirmation letter via Email with all the information current and accurate you need do nothing further unless that information changes. If you have not updated your information as yet a form has been provided for you to accomplish that on the Database Update page of JeffOtto.com.
Please take a few minutes of your time now to confirm your place in line to receive either a generator on your property or your electric bills paid by ITEC. Once updated you will receive a backup or corrected copy of your Registration Certificate and Confirmation Letter via Email from the Company in Adobe pdf format.

Either way all registrants will be very happy they have participated in this program. The 4 options now available to new witnesses is listed on site, our recommendation is to purchase the DEI-DVD for $14.95 which actually costs us $2.00 each to cover our costs. The registration will be processed immediately once the purchase is confirmed and will be delivered via Email by the company.
Two New Fuel Technologies to be released first quarter of 2007:
New video now on Better World Technologies for the Fuel Technologies
Both Better World Technologies (BWT) & ITEC believe the demand for the new fuel saving technologies will be more than sufficient to recruit the remaining witnesses for the “Free Electricity” program before the May 1, 2007 deadline. The first to be released will be a starter kit, so to speak, that will vaporize, ionize and pre-condition the fuel and will be compatible with both gasoline and diesel engines.
This first kit will pretty much be a universal application with a projected 2-3 times mileage increase and production is expected to increase exponentially beginning in February 2007. This starter kit will require maintenance in that a fuel conditioner container as well as a water container will require re-filling occasionally. No prior company training will be necessary; any mechanic will be able to complete a typical installation in under an hour and a half, no problem.
The granddaddy technology, or "Ultimate Kit", that will soon follow will be a custom "make by make" & "model by model" specific application and require absolutely no maintenance (install it and forget it). This technology is projected to produce up to 5 times the mileage (gas only) or 10 times the mileage (50% gas + 50% water); it will also greatly enhance both the power and the life of your engine.
It could take some time (6-12 months) for the ultimate kit to be researched and manufactured for your particular make and model of vehicle. For all of our customers that buys the starter kit for immediate relief through JeffOtto.com LTD, a full credit toward the purchase of the ultimate kit will be offered once your particular make & model has been manufactured and available for shipment. This second fuel technology to be released will be for gas engines only to begin with, diesel kits (including the big rigs) will follow in the near future.

Negotiations are ongoing with Washington DC Energy officials for a federally sponsored public demonstration in the Nations Capitol. Time will tell shortly if the Feds are ready to play ball with us or continue playing their political games. One way or the other a public demonstration will occur in Washington DC, most likely next month, January of 2007, whether it is federally sponsored or company sponsored.
All Federal department heads, the entire Congress, the auto manufactures and the Press will be invited, a company Press Release will be issued shortly after the demonstration. Multiple witnesses for the company, all with video recorders, will also be in attendance to record and archive the event.
Information on the new DEI-DVD introducing the public to both “Free Electricity” and the soon to come “Fuel Technologies” is available on the Better World Technologies web site. The cost of the DEI-DVD has recently been slashed from $26.95 down to only $14.95 including Priority Mail shipping which does not even cover our costs.
It is my understanding that the purchase of the DEI-DVD is required in that the company will only accept the official “Quote Request” form provided with the DVD. This policy my change once the technology moves into a mass-production status but no guarantees.
Affiliate Program:
A new affiliate program under this dealership will be put into place shortly to market not only the new fuel technologies but also the entire UCS of A product line. If you would like to be notified as soon as the program is in place and testing has been completed please contact Jeff. The new program will more than likely be a two-tiered setup which means affiliates will get a portion of all sales generated by the affiliates they have recruited.

Contact Jeff to attend the next 2 day dealer orientation, explained below, and explore the potential of a UCSA dealership position. Your only cost for attending a dealer orientation would be your personal travel and lodging expenses to New Jersey
Dennis Lee holds a 2-day dealer training / orientation for existing and prospective UCSA dealers. The dealer training is held at BWT / UCSA headquarters in Newfoundland, New Jersey. Anyone considering a dealership position in the UCSA dealer network is encouraged to attend prior to actually purchasing a UCSA dealership. The 2-day dealer orientation sessions are generally held on the first full weekend of each month (Friday & Saturday). If interested in attending the next event on the 12th & 13th of January, 2007, please contact Jeff for a personal invitation.
*A UCSA Dealership must be activated in a US state to purchase product or offer Free Electricity registrations to the public. Once activated, a mailing location must be maintained in that state.
