As reported in the last update the CARB Certification (California Air Resources Board) process is in the works and may be completed before the end of this year. The CARB Certification testing is the most stringent emission standards in the country and will serve very well as our independent verification, as will the EPA with the PICC technology next year. If your manufacture tries to void your new car warrantee, please contact us with all the details.

There is now a full 1 year manufactures warrantee on all components of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell kits. There will be separate kits for the two different possible applications; the company will continue to manufacture the HAFC 3X kit for the carburetor & O2 sensor systems. The HAFC 4X kit will be for the AFR sensor systems only. It has proven to be too time consuming and technically difficult, not to mention expensive, to manufacture a one optimizer (or computer) does it all.

There is also a double fuel cell option for both kits; the new design cell will put out 60 to 120 liters of water gas per hour depending on the wiring configuration at installation. When ordering please use the "Edit Options" button to specify your vehicle information, obviously this information is very important. To determine if you need a 4X HAFC Kit you may check any or all of the following:

Inside your engine compartment there is an emissions sticker, if AFR, AFS or Air to Fuel is present anywhere your vehicle has AFR (air to fuel) sensors
Contact any mechanic with access to Mitchell or All Data, for a small fee they can access that information for you, ask for a "PIN Printout" (necessary for installation)
If your pre-catalytic converter sensor has a blue color coded lead it is an AFR sensor

All pre-1996 models & O2 systems are good to go now with our current 3X HAFC Kit

The 4X optimizer designed for the AFR systems only is now in testing and projected to be ready for manufacturing by January 1st. This will be a very big obstacle out of the way for mass awareness of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell technology in that most of the interested fleet owners have the newer AFR vehicles. If your particular application is AFR you will not have long to wait and you will be notified when the 4X Kits are available via this update.

98% of the install problems, that has been inspected by a company certified "Tuner", are a direct result of not reading and/or following the instructions provided. It is very important that whoever installs the HAFC follow the instructions provided exactly and refer to the support web site if necessary. If you need a trained mechanic to fine tune your application, no worries, we will get someone in your area, and until we do, the time limit stated in our saving warrantee does not begin.

Since our last update we have added a "Frequently Asked Questions" page to help address the most common questions we get from people via the phone or Email everyday. Before you call or Email to ask "Hey, will this HAFC thing work on my diesel pickup?" or whatever, please verify your question or concern has not already been addressed there or on our full HAFC product description page. I thank you in that I answer these questions personally and it is getting quite busy here.

For our Canadian customers our manufacture in Canada began production on November 12th which will greatly speed up delivery time and eliminate any additional Customs charges. There is also a heater option for our new designed fuel cell that is only recommend in extremely cold climates such as Canada, Alaska, Iceland, etc.

The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:

The official public debut of our current fuel technologies will be at a major worldwide Renewable Energy conference in DC. Visit www.ACORE.org and read, "The U.S. Department of State will host the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference (www.WIREC2008.gov) at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC on March 4-6, 2008, assisted by the American Council On Renewable Energy".

     See also: www.americanrenewables.org "Anticipated To Be The Largest Business Conference and Exposition ever held on renewable energy in the U.S." The company has secured a booth (between BP [British Petroleum] & Exxon) to display both our current fuel economy technologies installed on two vehicles.

Vehicle #1 with the HAFC technology:

    Will be a 2007 Mazda that is modified to get over 100 mpg. The company is now in the process of obtaining CARB Certification (California Air Resources Board) to confirm that the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell technology produces exceptionally low emissions and is certified as an approved after-market product.

Vehicle #2 with the PICC technology:

      Will be a large SUV that has been modified to get about 100 mpg, which translates to an amazing mileage increase of about four fold. The Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter technology will be first introduced at the WIREC conference.

The PICC is scheduled for market release sometime around April of 2008. That will depend on how long it takes to obtain EPA approval as an authorized catalytic converter replacement. Your Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter quote will include the projected fuel economy for the complete system, to include the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell. As stated in the last update the HAFC will be an integral component of the complete Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter package.

The projected average cost for the complete PICC package will be around $3,500, $2,500 for our existing HAFC customers already enjoying a significant increase in mileage now. The Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter will have its own stand alone computer that will completely control the fuel delivery system to the engine.

Financing will be in place for our PICC customers prior to market release. Anyone that owns their vehicle outright, depending on the age of the vehicle, will be pre-approved. Those with an existing car payment, upon approval, may completely re-finance their Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter modified ride.

Certified Training Program for HAFC & PICC Technologies:

There are now 3 options for mechanics to receive certification for installing, teaching or, the highest level of expertise tuning our fuel technologies, the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell now and the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter next year:

We have very qualified certified trainers willing to come to your location, same cost as the New Jersey Training at $1,000 per mechanic. With a 6 or more student class, 2 bays (no lift required) available the trainer will cover all of their own expenses. To book a training session or for class sizes of less than 6 you may contact a trainer through us for more information.

A comprehensive 5 DVD series training course for $800.00 to allow qualified mechanics to become certified in installing our fuel technologies. This course also comes with a "Trainer's manual", a "Tuner's manual", all of the class hand-outs and a written test. Upon successful completion of the above one of our Tuners will give a 1 hour verbal test over the phone. There is also another 2 hours of phone support with help for the initial installs and of course unlimited Email support and access to the mechanic's area of the support web site. Upon 3 successful installs they will be certified as a tuner, and as a trainer.

The in person training sessions in NJ is now conducted periodically and when held run Monday thru Thursday. Perspective mechanic candidates should be ASE certified and well acquainted with both emissions and fuel injection systems. Nothing changed since last update - Public Demonstrations set for July 10, 2008

If you, your friends or relatives are not yet registered for the program, now is the time!
