New Products Available
There are two new products on site now, the Insect-A-Shield product line and Therm-A-Guard. The Insect-A-Shield is a fine white powder used as a safe, very environmentally friendly alternative to chemical pesticides. There are seven different formulas to include household, garden and plant, commercial, pet and animal, fire ant, grain, and a fossil shell flour formula. There is also great health benefits in taking this product internally, both for us and our pets (of course FDA approval will not be sought, and it will not be marketed for internal use). On the last half of the tour, Dennis demonstrated this product by puffing a small quantity in a glass jar containing various insects. After 4 to 5 minutes the insects were dead. Than he would apply 3 puffs of the same powder into his drinking water and, much to the amazement of the crowd, drink it down!

Therm-A-Guard is a two in one product that insulates as well as fire-proofs surfaces. The are two formulas, the regular and the plus, for total fire protection the plus formula is required. At the demonstrations, Dennis would hold a thin strip of metal at the bottom with a band of Therm-A-Guard paint in the middle, while heating the top of the strip to a bright red glow with a propane torch, proving this product as a very effective insulator.
5 More Products Coming:
There are also 5 more products soon to be introduced, a Tornado Warning device (sensitivity adjustment from 5 - 25 miles), a Lightning Shield device (completely protects from lightning strikes), a Baby Monitor (immediate alert upon a change of breathing pattern), a Pool Monitor (alerts when anything breaks the surface of the water) and a product that will be called the Phone Friend. The Phone Friend is a small device that installs between the jack and any wired phone eliminating all toll charges world wide, the service will cost $ 19.95 per month. The projected date of release on the Phone Friend is March of 2002. More information on these products as they are officially added to the UCS of A product line.
Update on the State's AG's
The information provided below is from my current understanding only and may change at any time. Legal action is now being explored to remedy the following restrictions.
Restrictions on the Free Electricity program as follows:
Maine and Vermont citizens may purchase any literature item only (offer ended 4/24/02). People living in the states of Washington, Oregon, Alaska and New Mexico may purchase any UCS of A product or literature item. I cannot issue a registration to anyone in the above mentioned 6 states at this time. All folks that qualify will be added to a database until the legal harassment in their particular state is resolved. If you are already registered and have received your certificate, this does not apply to you.
If you live in one of the 6 above mentioned states, please do not send any donation to be registered, I will have to return it to you. You may just purchase any literature item, or product as outlined above to be added to the database. Please be sure to note on your order "Hold me a registration in your Free Electricity program". Your certificate will be issued once the legal harassment in your state has been dealt with.

As of the last update on October 15th, we were only short 8,000 signatures. Once 25,000 signatures are acquired, the Washington AG will have to explain her actions to a Grand Jury. This could very well be the first dictator in training to bite the dust.
States that may not participate in the NASDAC program are Maine, Vermont, and Kentucky.
Witnesses
Reminder From The Last Update of 10/15/01:
The company has asked the dealers to remind their registrants for the Free Electricity program that they have agreed to be witnesses for the initial installations. The whole point of giving you your electricity free for life, is to obtain your support allowing us to get out the door with our technology. The plan is to create 100 simultaneous Woodstocks through out this country and 16 through out our Northern neighbor. Than we will see if the media in both countries can ignore that, and if our government�s so called experts can convince 1.6 million witnesses the technology does not work!
If you are just plain not able to attend the installation closest to you, you are asked to find a representative that can attend, and provide them with notarized authorization on your behalf.
Update:
All witnesses (or their representatives) that attend the demonstration nearest them will be given 9 applications to sign up their friends and family members for $1,000.00 each (this may be increased slightly to add a dealer commission). The total goal is for 16 million units across North America to be installed in the next 4 to 5 years. The first 1.6 million is planed to be installed in the 12 months following the initial installations. You will be given the opportunity to offer Free Electricity for life to 9 people you care about (and the skeptics) that missed out on the initial 1.6 million freebies. As stated before, once faith is out of the equation, it will no longer be free to register. Once the 16 million have been assigned, you will either be one of that group that no longer pays for electricity, or answer to the meter.
Initial Installation Slots Still Available
The company is still seeking volunteers to be one of the 116 initial installations. Warning if chosen, expect anywhere from 10,000 � 20,000 excited people showing up at your property to witness this glorious event! That would be an inconvenience to say the least, but the only way to jump to the head of the class, so to speak.
Mosquito Magnet
The Mosquito Magnet has been replaced with the Mosquito Killer for the following reasons:
- Proven more effective over the same coverage area (1 acre).
- No need to buy replacement Octenol or Propane.
- The only consumable is C02 (Carbonic Gas) locally available.

Plastic House Update
I have had a lot of interest and inquiries concerning the Plastic House product currently listed in the catalogue. This product is from an inventor living in a foreign country that would be impractical to import building panels from. Once cash flow justifies it, manufacturing plants for this product will be built in America. One day, in the not to distant future, you will be able to visit your local UCS of A dealer, sit down with a CAD program, and design your own home. It is my understanding that a three man crew can completely erect and finish a 1200 square foot home in just three days over an existing concrete foundation and pad. Please do not ask when this product will be released, I do not know, all subscribers to this update will be notified.

11/30/01 Demonstration Added To Tour
The regularly scheduled 2001 tour ended on Monday, November 12th in Baltimore, Maryland. Despite the harassment of 10 state Attorney Generals, the media, the BBB (the Big Business Bureau), and our usual critics, the demonstrations went off with out a hitch in all but two locations. As reported in the last update of 10/15/01, Dennis was arrested before the scheduled demonstrations in Kentucky. That show was canceled due to threats of confiscation of our equipment by law enforcement agents. The location for the following demonstration scheduled in Charleston, West Virginia two days later, had to be changed at the last minute. Seems as though the Kentucky AG's office had faxed the convention center manager in Charleston, West Virginia and coerced him into reneging on his contract (he also denied ever having the demonstrations on his schedule). A local temp was hired to stand outside the original location and pass out flyers directing folks to the new location. The demonstrations did go on as scheduled, but from the feedback I received, a lot of people did not get the information. My apologies. A new demonstration may be scheduled for West Virginia.
A new demonstration has been added for the folks in the New England states, that will happen in Springfield, Massachusetts on November the 30th, 2001. It is the company's full intention and desire to put on a demonstration for the good people of Kentucky if at all possible! Legal remedies are now being explored to force the state of Kentucky to honor the First Amendment of the Constitution. If and when we are successful, all subscribers to this update will be notified when the demonstrations in Kentucky are to be held.
Engine Conversion Training
As previously announced we have experienced some difficulties with the inventor of the engine conversion technology. It has also been reported that training was still being offered to the general public at the company facility in New Jersey. That was a misunderstanding on my part, at this time the current training in New Jersey is only for those who attended the Salt Lake training through a UCS of A dealer. If you attended the SLC training through a UCS of A dealer, you may attend the training in New Jersey at no cost (other than travel and lodging), simply because you did not receive value in Salt Lake.
