- The planned launch of December 28th, 2002 is probably not going to happen! Why? The National Union of American Families (NUAF) has failed to meet their contract obligations.
- When is ITEC going to launch their "Free Electricity" technology? When we reach our goal of 1.6 million North Americans willing to show up and witness the event.

I apologize to everyone for the delay between updates, there has been a lot happening on my end that has kept me extremely busy (attack on Jeffry.com) a broken ankle did not help either, anyway down to the business at hand here. The target date of 12/28/02 is not looking good at this point simply because the NUAF has failed to bring in the number of members stated in their contract to maintain their exclusive on the remaining witness positions. They do have commitments in writing from all the major unions, however because of politics most probably, it has not happened as yet. So, the NUAF exclusive was ended by the company and the entire UCSA dealer network may once again begin recruitment to get this job done. Please keep in mind that any of the major union or church groups working in conjunction with the NUAF could end this initial phase of 1.6 million witnesses at any time.
I can just hear the critics screaming, "Dennis has missed another date, this is all a con!" Well folks just for the record this is the only date that has ever been set in stone. Dennis has always maintained that he will not go forward with the "Free Electricity" technology until he has a critical mass of public awareness and support. He was confident and unfortunately assumed that Jesse Epps organization could deliver as promised, well most of us know the definition of "assumed". He knows from experience (loss of a 50 million dollar company in Seattle) that without a critical amount of public support the entrenched interests in this world will chew you up and spit you out. What I am referring to is his heat pump technology coupled with solar panels that was proven in a California court of law to produce free electricity. This whole saga and the resulting two years he spent in prison for a civil code violation is all documented in "The Alternative".

The reasons stated for giving the NUAF a recruitment exclusive to begin with is two fold; 1) the enormous credibility of the organization coupled with their contacts in organized labor, politics, and the major religious organizations, and 2) some UCSA dealers were doing some pretty stupid things to recruit witnesses attracting Attorney General scrutiny.
We (Dennis and his dealer network) were confident that the American people would rally to the cause if we just proved to them exactly what we have. Wrong! I guess if it does not come out of Peter Jennings mouth, or some other media mouth piece, these days it just did not happen. Again for the record, in '99 the International Tesla Electric Company (ITEC) did a nationwide tour demonstrating half of the technology, the Hummingbird motor. In 2001, ITEC did a second nationwide tour, including Alaska and Hawaii, demonstrating the second half of the technology, the Sundance generator. In '99 there was a full-page ad in USA today listing all the dates and locations across the country and inviting all the so-called experts to come and disprove our claims. In '01, USA today refused to accept the ad. With a media freeze on, we got the word out as best we could through the Internet, local ads, radio shows etc. During both tours many professionals showed up with their own test equipment and could not disprove our test results. Anyone attending demonstrations of both the Hummingbird and Sundance would be well aware that "Free Electricity" is a very real possibility.

Who's to blame for the delays? How about looking in the mirror! Oh ye of little faith, if you are reading this update and are not yet registered, you may not get a chance to buy in for $2,000 once the initial installs happen (once the technology is proven) and will be stuck with an electric bill, granted it will probably be a lot less. The 1.6 million witnesses will be given a 60-day window of opportunity to invite 9 of their friends and family into the "Free Electricity" program. Once 16 million positions are filled, that�s it for North America.
Big business is not your friend, big business hates competition, and competition is your friend. Just take a look around your own area, where there was once six mom and pop grocery and variety stores, there is now one super Wal-Mart. Where there was once three or four individually owned lumber and hardware stores, there is now one Home Depot. Just take a look at the FAQs page of the FarmAid.org site at: http://www.farmaid.org/event/info/faq.asp to get an idea of what has happened to our farmers. I do not know about you but it disgusts me to see the backbone of our once great Republic being disintegrated by corporate Amerika!
If you are registered you are in and need do nothing else but keep your contact information current with ITEC. If you move, change phone numbers, etc. just make a copy of your registration, note the changes and mail it to the company along with a dollar for their administration fee. PLEASE, go ye out into the world (North America that is) and tell everyone you know! Once we reach our 1.6 million goal, ITEC will show the world exactly what we have.
If you are not registered, you have three options; 1) purchase any product offered on JeffOtto.com and I will pay your way in (excluding the five states mentioned above), 2) take UCSA up on their Free Look offer, forfeit your deposit and keep the materials, or 3) join the NUAF and enjoy the many benefits of union membership. This UCSA dealer is only looking for fellow brothers and sisters with the backbone and the sand to stand out on a lawn in solidarity and witness a technological breakthrough.
UCSA dealers as of this time, cannot register anyone in the states of Maine, Vermont, Oregon, Washington, or Alaska, however NUAF membership is available to anyone in the US or Canada. I will not accept any money in the form of a donation for a registration, but excluding the good people of the five states mentioned above, will pay for the registration myself for my customers. There are now two medical plans available to NUAF members, one for $79.95 per year, which is just vision, dental and prescription. The other plan now available is $199.00 per year, includes all of the above plus major medical and even veterinary. Neither of the above is insurance, they are both a discount package. Both of the above discount plans may be used in conjunction with your current (if any) insurance. The NUAF is also working on a wraparound insurance program that will keep a catastrophic medical emergency from bankrupting you. This third option is insurance and will involve an insurance agent. Have any children getting close to collage age? The NUAF college program is for anyone with high school kids, includes tuition, books, dormitory, food, and travel allowances. Pay only $1,495 for year number one and $279 for years 2, 3, and 4. They guarantee that the student will attend the college of their choice (they can get accepted to) four full years without having to work an outside job to pay for it! How about financial assistance? Millions of people cannot get a checking account and an ATM card; the NUAF will get you a checking account. They will assist you with improving your credit rating and get a VISA card guaranteed. The engine conversion program is on hold. I do not have all the facts here but apparently many areas of the country change fuel mixtures with the seasons. A TEEG conversion getting 2 � times the stock mileage reverts back to normal (or close to it) once the mixture is changed. Another major problem has been with the on-board computers, if the fuel mixture does not compute it can create all kinds of havoc. Basically they are engineering in a protection factor, you either burn our fuel at the rate we designed the engine for, or we will cause you grief. The TEEG is perfected as an injection system; UCSA is now working on a biomass converter to eliminate the need for their fuel entirely. 10,000 miles per a 60-pound bag of corn is a real possibility! The TEEG as a stand-alone product is no longer available until the other side of this equation is completed.
Yes, I still believe in Dennis Lee, UCSA, ITEC and the NUAF and I also believe they will revolutionize the way energy is created once we can convince 1.6 million of our brothers and sisters to join us!
