Our Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell Technology:

A new video presentation of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell has been released since the last update

The supply problem has been solved, the delivery time frame for the HAFC Kits is now 2-4 weeks and available through JeffOtto.com LTD by any means of payment. The company realizes we currently have a shortage of trained mechanics that actually get it and can make this technology stand up and dance. The performance warrantee has been re-worded to allow you, our valued customers, 2 weeks to evaluate the HAFC system after it has been tuned by a capable trained mechanic. The installation of all components of the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell, excluding the optimizer, can easily be installed by anyone mechanically inclined.

The company is in negotiations with a very large network (similar to the meineke franchise) of skilled mechanics in both the USA & Canada to be trained as certified tuning stations for the optimizer and are scheduled to be in place by mid-November. These mechanics are ASE certified and have the knowledge and instruments in house required for emission & fuel injection system diagnostics.

Certified Trainers & Mechanics now in the "Can Do Club" are located in Southern California, Texas (Houston area), New Mexico, Minnesota, Kansas, Washington state, North Dakota, Mississippi, Wisconsin, & Pennsylvania. In Canada our current Can Doers are located in Quebec, Ontario and Nova Scotia. Also any of our customers within driving distance of the Newfoundland, New Jersey Facility may also make an appointment to have their vehicle tuned as a class project on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Yes the list is short now but growing daily, the above was announced on the Wednesday morning dealer call, by Thursday night 6 (4 US & 2 Canada) more were added on the Recruiter call, however locations were not in hand at that time. With a 2-4 week delivery window our customers would not have much of a wait, if any, before the above-mentioned tuning station network is in place.

A second water gas cell (also known as Brown's Gas) is now recommended as an option to double the hydrogen/oxygen gas production for 5.0 liter or larger engines. A recent class project install on a 6.0 liter Chevrolet Silverado loaded to the gills work truck (rack & tool boxes) resulted in an increase to 33 MPG from 17.4 with a second water gas cell. Tell me what contractor would not do back flips to achieve that level of fuel economy.

I have the very same pickup described above (rack, tool boxes & my 96 pound Irish Setter buddy), preferring to live in a third world country we are having some issues. For example it took me 2 weeks to locate a multi-meter (forget locating a clamp-on meter for automotive diagnostics) that could handle up to 20 amps which is necessary in charging the fuel cell (optimal draw on the circuit is 15 amps). I have no doubt we will get it all figured out (I have a very capable mechanic that is scheduled to attend the NJ training shortly) and will keep you all updated on our progress. Getting 9.5 city and 13 max highway currently, I guarantee you, I will do back flips if we are able to achieve 33 even under perfect conditions!

The 4X or final optimizer is still in testing being perfected and scheduled to replace our current 3X in mid-November. It will make its first debut, along with our remote Ammo Box programmer, at the Training session of October 29th thru November 1st. With the release of the 4X there will not be a gas powered car or pickup on the road today that cannot archive a significant increase in fuel economy with a properly installed & tuned Hydro Assist Fuel Cell Kit. To determine if you need to wait a few more weeks for the 4X you may check any or all of the following:

Inside your engine compartment there is an emissions sticker, if AFR, AFS or Air to Fuel is present anywhere your vehicle has AFR (air to fuel) sensors
Contact your local dealer parts department and ask specifically if your vehicle is equipped with O2 or AFR sensors
Contact any mechanic with access to Mitchell or All Data, for a small fee they can access that information for you

All pre-1996 models & O2 systems are good to go now with our current optimizer

As stated in the last update the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell will be an integral part of the total Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter package. So unless you have a 4X application there is absolutely no reason not to start saving money and energy now while we are developing the Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter for your make and model vehicle!

CARB (California Air Resources Board) testing is still in the works with the only holdup (the daytime mafia) being it requires $20,000 to complete the process. In dealing with all the human and financial resources to get past the intentionally engineered roadblocks to achieving increased fuel economy, funds have not yet been earmarked to pay this fee as yet. CARB certification is expected to happen in the next 30 days.

The company is currently offering a supply program that pays a 3% per month return on your money for investors with a $20,000 minimum investment. Basically stated, the investor does not release any money until the HAFC Kits they are funding are physically sitting on the shelf in a bonded warehouse. Due to a few negotiations now under way with deep pocket investors this opportunity is not expected to last long. The vast majority of those problems were a direct result of the down right diabolical way in which these emissions systems have been intentionally engineered to defeat any attempts at increasing your fuel economy. The Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter:

The PICC is scheduled for market release during the first quarter of 2008 and will be EPA approved as an authorized catalytic converter replacement. Your Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter quote will include the projected fuel economy for the complete system, to include the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell. As stated in the last update the HAFC will be an integral component of the complete Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter package.

Financing will be in place for our PICC customers prior to market release. Anyone that owns their vehicle outright (excluding the fact their state is in possession of their "Certificate of Origin") will be pre-approved, those with an existing car payment, upon approval, may completely re-finance their Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter modified ride.

Certified Training Program for HAFC & PICC Technologies:

Dutchman Inc. began their training program to certify Master Mechanics to train installers in their local area on June 25th 2007. It has become apparent that not all graduates can actually make the HAFC optimizer do its thing. Perspective mechanic candidates should be ASE certified and well acquainted with both emissions and fuel injection systems.

If you are such a mechanic or know of such an individual in your area this is an incredible opportunity for both the trainer and whoever referred them (see the information on our affiliate program). You have the ability now to get in on the ground floor of two technologies that will literally revolutionize the automotive industry!

The training sessions are conducted Monday thru Thursday of every week excluding Holidays. The Oct 29th through Nov 1 class will again have the lead man in both technologies conducting the training. The remote programming instrument known as the Ammo Box as well as the 4X (or final optimizer) will be introduced at this session. This class will also be professionally video taped for DVD reproduction to be made available to our graduates as refresher information.

Affiliate commissions are set at 15% of retail for all products on site now or added in the future. An affiliate sells an HAFC for $995.95, your commission would be $149.40, an affiliate (or mechanic) you recruited sells an HAFC Kit, your commission on that sale would be $74.70, and an affiliate (or mechanic) they recruited sells a HAFC your commission would be $7.47.

For example you recruit just one ASE certified mechanic in your area to our certified trainers program, and of course you make the $74.70 on every kit they sell, but if the CT trains an average of just 4 mechanics per week and they only average 4 sales themselves a week at an additional $7.47 each to you... do the math from there, it can get pretty crazy very quickly. Then consider the fact most of the above customers will upgrade into the PICC when available and times everything by 3! And that does not even take into account the FE possibilities mentioned below...

Nothing changed since last update - Public Demonstrations set for July 10, 2008

If you, your friends or relatives are not yet registered for the program, now is the time! The initial 1.6 million witnesses (that actually attend the demonstrations) will not pay anything for their electricity as long as they live.
